This was our second visit to deVita. The first a few years ago. This visit was with my family for my daughters 19th birthday. I booked online. Upon arrival it was clear the restaurant was in chaos. The manger appeared out of his depth. 20 mins after arriving we were seated. The manger had clearly moved table numbers as throughout the evening we were being offered someone elseâs orders. Total chaos. Then onto the food. Average at best. The carbonara special was over cooked and âgluggyâ. There was one staff member who clearly was embarrassed at the mess and apologised to us for the chaos blaming a large number of new staff. Why put new staff on a sat night? Very disappointing. I'm sorry that you waited some minutes before sitting. Nobody was out of his depth, we were just very busy as we are every day. You've been offered someone's else food because one waiter gave you a wrong table number, but it doesn't seem a big problem, as they brought that food back and you got what you ordered. I'm sorry that you didn't like it, we are a very successful restaurant because we do our best to increase our food quality and service every day. You've been victim of a new waiter who assigned you a wrong table (yes, why we put new staff on saturday? Because we got two guys sick, we had no choice), but you know what? I don't feel like blaming the new guys, I'm sure they worked hard and made their best. If you complained about your bad experience at that very moment, we would have done everything possible to make you happy. If you want to give us another chance I'm sure you'll change your mind. Enjoyed a lovely dinner here with my husband. Service was pleasant, attentive and great. Food was delicious. Really nice food and licensed so we enjoyed some Greek wine. If you like Greek - go try it.

After a brilliant day cycling and you've taken the bikes back, spoil yourself with a dreamy piece of cake, beer or coffee, you will not be disappointed. Free wifi, beautiful surroundings and the best cakes, to us, can be found here. Go on, you've earnt it.

A small suburban restaurant, Tru Blu Mediterranean serves up very good food in a cafe type setting. Unfortunately the tiled floor and hard walls makes it a bit noisy - made worst on the night we went which was stormy so their outdoor table bookings had to be accommodated inside. Our group shared a range of tasty entrees including whitebait fritters, grilled halloumi and Mediterranean spring rolls of lamb and pine nuts. Mains were all good as well - the fish of the day, pork belly and lamb tenderloins being the pick and all more than ample in size. The wine list is limited but you can bring your own bottled wine for a reasonable corkage. All in all, worth another visit.

We visited Plato's republic as a family with two young boys. We were starving when we arrived and the helpful waitress quickly brought out a sharing starter of that bread and dips which was so delicious the boys devoured it. Mains were equally good and also substantial enough to fill us up. My favourite was the lamb kebab (which I was still thinking about the next day) and the boys loved the grilled chicken. Even the $30 wine was good. Overall a great meal in a child friendly venue, recommended.
