A very special place, modernised and spacious. The antipasti are exceptional, varied and abundant and can constitute a meal in themselves. For those who are able to continue, the meat is wonderful.

Bel ristorante, vasto ed accogliente. In tre con mia moglie ed una amica, con una offerta The Fork, consumando un perfetto risotto al taleggio, delle ottime pizze "alla romana" sottilissime e ben condite e della buona cicoria ripassata in padella, abbiamo molto apprezzato il lavoro dello chef. Qualche appunto alle pappardelle al ragù ma tuttavia godibili.Personale gentilissimo con ancora qualche piccolo problema di esperienza. Gestori giovani e carini.Torneremo.

I was staying at the Enea hotel in Aprilia and was looking for a restaurant nearby. Il Focarile is within walking distance of the Enea hotel. The staff also spoke very good English, so there was no problem that none of our party spoke Italian. The menus are only in Italian, so we were not entirely sure that we understood what we were ordering (even after using a translation smartphone app). I ordered the Rigatoncini alla carbonara di carciofi, and it was delicious. We also ordered Super Tuscan wine by the glass, which was also enjoyable. I was very happy with the meal and was glad that we tried it out.

We passed by this little place by chance and stopped for a wonderful dinner. We shared supplì and fiori di zucca, fettuccine ai galletti, tagliata and pizza diavola - the taste of all dishes was really fresh, juicy and delicious! Thank you for the nice meal!

Dined here last night at the recommendation of a local & we can highly recommend it too. Pizzas around â¬4 with everything we tried tasting exceptional (seafood & steak). I visit Apriia frequently for work and always try to fit in a trip to this resturant whether I am meetig formally with collegues or dining with friends.This Resturant serves high quality tasty food, the service is excellant and the owner and his wife very frindly and accomodating of the non Italian speakers.I always go away very happy and full.
