Small family restaurant w/ booths and tables. Limited draft beer and wine selection but good. Four of us ate four different dishes. All were two thumb up! Portions were generous, dinner served w/ salad or soup & bread. Very reasonable prices and excellent service. A mom and pop place that deserves your business. Say hello to owner Jason, Chef Jose and Server Kristen and tell them that Hank sent you. No. I am not related. It was my first visit. I am flying tomorrow but I hope to pass through here again. I would like to be a repeat customer.

This is a nice, typical looking pizza/Italian hometown place. Food is consistent and good. The place is clean and the service is friendly. They make a great bowl of chili. And their meatball salad is incredible...loaded with three huge meatballs, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, mozzarella. Check it out....easy access from the main road and plenty of parking.

I work nearby and never been.My colleague was eating leftover pizza at lunch the other day and it looked good.My wife ordered one for her and our grandson for dinner tonight and I tried , well three pieces.Thin crust was thin, toppings were chopped small which gave the pizza a nice flavor.What struck me was it wasnât salty or acidic.My new local pizza joint!

Stopped in on a recommendation from a friend.Went in what we thought was the front door but it seemed to empty into the kitchen. Mens bathroom has pink counter top that has to be 50 years old. Paintings in the dining room look like something my Grandmother used to have on her walls. Dead flies in the window sills right next to our table. Menu has many misspelled words in it. Whole place could use a do-over.Pizza was OK.... service was fair. Maybe someday we will order pizza to go but we will not be going back to eat inside.

It was cooked perfectly and had lots of flavor. The house salad and dressing was very good and fresh. The garlic bread was perfect. The server was very friendly and attentive. The place is very clean and has some must return for items. The draft beer was clean and fresh. The only con was the pasta shells were over cooked. Had they been Al dente they would have been perfect with the excellent gravy.

Hubby and I just love walking into restaurants with lounges or bars, to get the right vibe of a place is worth sitting at the bar and watching so saying that RICH the bartender at Elizabeth's is the crazy package. Fabulous bartender, very personable and a real "hoot!" Appetizers are yummy and so are the meals, hubby's fav is the chicken parm and mine is the pasta primavera, really worth the waiting for. Please try to stop in when RICH is working, sit at the bar and enjoy his humor.

In addition to their excellent grinders which are basically hot subs, they serve pizza by the slice and fried chicken. This restaurant seems to have a devoted following. Based on our one visit, we would concur. The staff is friendly and the service efficient. Its location is perfect for a grab and go on your way to/from the BDL airport. It is not far from the Enterprise car rental lot.

As transplants from The Windsor / Enfield area, a trip back to the area always includes a stop at H&M Grinders. My combo cold cuts grinder was just as I had expected. It was loaded with at least a pound of meat! However one grinder that should be taken off the menu is their teriyaki chicken. My wife, for some unknown reason, ordered this type of grinder. It was definitely loaded with tons of chicken breasts but over soaked in teriyaki sauce. It was impossible to eat half of it at the diner and take the remainder on our nearby flight from there. The bread was as soft and mushy as if it had been soaked in soup! I'll continue to go back to H &M, but will avoid anything in teriyaki sauce!

The food you will live we tried everything . Everything was delicious. We just felt a bit rushed from appetizers no time to chew maybe 7 minutes and then main course. Everything they say about Sofiaâs is true. A large menu with great choices, good service, huge portions and great food. On a recent Friday night visit the place was packed. Even then seating was quick and a rear dining area offered a comfortable seating. After being seated warmed rolls and flavored olive oil was served. Starting with the fried calamari as an appetizer, it was an entrée sized portion. The rings of calamari were large, tender and served with a bowl of their flavorful marinara sauce. For an entrée it was linguini with clams in white sauce. Another winner. As I had eaten most of the calamari a half portion of the large plate of linguini was all I could finish. All of the tables were in this dining room were full and everyone was happily enjoying their dinners. What a great place Sofiaâs is!
