Recommended by the hotel, its up five stairs from the street, opposite the railway statiopn. Family run Italo-Germanis restaurant....most things come with chips ! But the food is good and the staff friendly and speak Italian, which is nice..not too exepensive.

Wir waren spontan zum ersten Mal im Don Antonio und waren positiv überrascht. Dieses Restaurant ist sehr Gast- und familienfreundlich und immer für einen Spaà zu haben. Wenn man Glück hat kann man (da sich das Restaurant auf einem Reiterhof befindet) den Reitern beim reiten in der Halle zusehen. Zum Essen kann ich nur positives berichten. Die Pizzen waren groà und sehr gut. Der kleine Salat war auch schon recht groà und sehr lecker...Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal im Don Antonio.....

Nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag war ich zu Gast in einem Hotel im Kalletal. Wir sind am Abend dann nach Vlotho gefahren um eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Wir fanden in unmittelbaren Bereich des Parkplatzes diese Mitten in Stadt liegenden Pizzeria, die von aussen sichtbar in einem ehemaligen Hotel seine Heimat hat. Schnell fanden wir auf der groÃen Karte eine Pizza die uns Ansprach. Nach einer kurzen Wartezeit roch es ein wenig abgebrannt aus der Kochnische. Wir hörten ein kratzendes Geräusch...Und kurze Zeit später bekamen wir dann unsere Pizzen auf den Tisch. Als wir die Pizzen ansahen wussten wir die Antwort zu dem verbrannten Geruch und das kratzende Geräusch. Der sogenannte Pizzabäcker hat versucht den verbrannten Teig durch weg kratzen mit einem Messer die Pizza zu kaschieren. Vom Geschmack her....Ohne Gewürze....Vielleicht weiss man in Vlotho nicht was Oregano ist....aber das gehört einfach auf ..In eine Pizza.....Einmal und nie wieder...Meine Empfehlung an Gäste die Vlotho besuchen... meiden sie diesen Laden.....Ein Stück zu Fuà weiter gibt einen Chinesen...Hot Wok....super lecker und günstig....Leider nicht hier zu bewerten

Visited with some of my band on two consecutive evenings. I can not recommend the two seafood dishes I had highly enough. I felt well fed and thoroughly looked after. I look forward to returning to Bad Oeynhausen just to revisit this lovely restaurant.

On our first evening in Bad Oeynhausen we were fortunate enough to be dismissed from the restaurant we had booked to eat in (see review of Hotel Stickdorn) and so walked across the street to be welcomed warmly into this fabulous Ristorante Paradiso. The restaurant was almost full but the staff were kind and friendly and quickly found us a table. The table was beautifully set with a red rose and a single tall candle and we were provided water and fresh bread and a sample of a bruchetta. The service was prompt and pleasant and the waitress also interpreted the German menu where required. The food was generously proportioned and good value with complementary grappa with the check. It was a treat to have such friendly and kind service and to be so welcomed. We would definitely go back if we should find ourselves in this town again.

We tried the buffet formula and were not disappointed as with most buffets. The formula is surprising and makes you think you designed your own menu, but in reality an excellent chef has designed the tastes. Very friendly staff and excellent service.

The last time I ate here was about 10 years ago, I have always wanted to come back but never managed it. Recently I took the the opportunity and came here with my family to introduce the best pizza i've ever had. We were very limited on time so we only had a regular sized pizza but oh my. The base is so unique it was truly the same as it was the last time I was here. Service was great and were very helpful. I can't wait until next time. I would really recommend this place if you like pizza.

Lasst euch von der Tennishallen-Location nicht abschrecken, hinter âIl Grilloâ verbirgt sich ein super Italiener, der sich hinter keiner nobleren Adresse verstecken muss!Der Empfang war herzlich, obwohl wir keine Stammgäste sind. Der Service ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es ging los mit einem Körbchen voll weicher, warmer Pizzabrötchen mit einer Kräutercreme. Beides zum Reinsetzen. Der anschlieÃende Salat mit Spargel, Lachs und Senfdressing war ebenfalls wunderbar, frische Blattsalate, kein Eisberg-Einerlei. Die Pizza Il Grillo mit Hummerkrabben und Calamari: Perfektion. Leckere Tomatensauce, gut gewürztes Meeresgetier und das alles nicht unter Käse ertränkt. Die beste Pizza seit langem. Als zweite Hauptspeise hatten wir die Rote-Beete-Ravioli mit Ziegenkäsefüllung und ebenfalls Hummerkrabben. Auch ein tolles Gericht. Klare Empfehlung für Vlotho und Umgebung!
