I love to leave great reviews. i'm getting tired being so negative but my wife got a Pizza i had a steak and Cheese Sub. I can't describe the flavor, nothing like i've ever had before. Stopped in with friends last night and had a marvelous dinner. Ordered the Greek salad and it was loaded with ham, feta cheese, olives, with there famous garlic rolls, best we have had in awhile. Ordered to pizzas, the Hawaiian, which was ham, pineapple and sun dried tomato, yummy and a pepperoni, mushroom, xtra cheese, both were large to take home for leftovers. Busy place and great food

New to The Villages,, this place has quickly become our favorite for great breakfast with great food, fast service, coffee that Never quits! Omelets, all kinds of breakfasts are huge and just top quality. Your coffee cup never gets near empty, the service is great! Weâve also had some delicious lunches as well. The meatloaadf sandwich and their pea soup are both just very speci al. They also have pizza. All Are available for take out, but the place is cute, funky, fifties decor, even to oldies music subtlety in background. Itâs a nice hang out feeling setting. Prices are just so very reasonable. Located next to Publix in the Mulberry Center, parking is easy, handicap access no problem. A few tables to use outside when weather is right as well.needless to say, it can get crowded at peak periods. Open 6am until 8 pm

We had our monthly ladies lunch here and the experience was overall very good. Our server was attentive and friendly. I had the coconut crusted butterfish salad. The portion was generous and it was very tasty. Others selected Italian fare and were complimentary. The menu offered a variety of fare and the prices reasonable. I will return to try other dishes.

Hubby and I stopped here for a late lunch today. We were Immediately seated and drinks ordered. Hubby had the Buffalo chicken wrap with fries. He said it was delicious and the fries exceptionally yummy (I had to try them!). I ordered from the "pick 2" menu , ordering the apple, grape salad with orange balsamic dressing. Very, very good. My second choice was the 1/2 Chicken parmigiana sub. It was huge and delicious. I took 1/2 of it home. The servers were very friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back again.

Hubby and I came here for dinner with friends. We were Immediately seated and drinks ordered. Hubby and I ordered their special, Treg Slaggs, which was veal parmigiana, baked ziti, and lasgana. It was very tasty and we brought half of it home with us. Our server, Karen, was very friendly and efficient. Our friends had the eggplant Parmesan, which they greatly enjoyed. We will definitely be back

Large pepperoni pizza , meatball sandwich and anti pasta salad for less than $20. The food was hot and delicious! The service was quick, kind and accommodating . This is now on my list of favorite restaurant. I will definitely return often!

Yes that is me with the bib, the marinara sauce is the best that I tasted, (been to Italy several times) the baked Ziti is wonderful so is the Angel hair pasta and the meatballs, oh my gosh, delightful indeed, service always spot on pizza is also great, our go to Italian restaurant!!!!!
