This place was referred to me as "the place to go". Well the person was "spot on"! Without a doubt the best Margarita I've had. Had 4,just to make sure, lol.The food was A+. Also the best guacamole around. Wow. Also great seating. The staff was also very responsive. It was located downtown SMdA. Try it, you'll thank me.

This place has terrific pizza and salads. The pizza is brick fired and is very good. We like the Festin salad which is lettuce, vegetables and seasonal fruit with a balsamic dressing. The small salad is plenty to share when ordering a pizza or pasta, too. The new location is in Centro and is a great option when downtown. The entrance is a little tricky as you need to go through a small store that sells crafts to get to the courtyard seating.

I urge people to go to the new location on the Salida de Queretaro, not far from Residencial Zirandaro. The people at this location are very friendly and the food is topnotch. Rather than offering an obligatory veggie pizza, they have lots of extras for it (only wish they had green olives rather than black ones). If you have to take a left out of the parking lot once you leave, take lots of precautions becuase this highway is zany with even zanier drivers.

This place is small and intimate. The waiters were friendly and very attentive and the food was very good. They have a great menu that offers something for all ages. There were families and couples and the atmosphere was happy and relaxed. We also had our Uber driver stop by to pick up a pizza on our way home one night for a late night snack! Very good!

I went to Mivida to hear the musical group Maverik (smooth rock in roll if thatâs a proper descriptor) on a Sunday evening. The music is from my era and very well done. Thatâs why I went and was so very pleasantly surprised to find a wonderful ambience (warm and pleasantly modern but not extreme) with fabulous food coming out of the kitchen (northern Italian â owner is from Torino/Turin) with subtle Mexican ingredients/flavors and fresh, fresh seafood. House made pasta! Bar off the entrance is a nice gathering place. Also, a separate dining room and outdoor dining â. main dining area has the set up for the music venue. Donât wait for the Sunday night musical treat. Go now for lunch or dinner (!) and go back Sunday evening for more!

Maybe the menu is too extensive. They should concentrate on less choice but better food. Pretty place, Italian décor and tunes. Attentive service. We were able to get a decent bottle of Italian red at a reasonable price. Our appetizers arrived promptly, bruschetta and a calabrese salad. Nicely prepared and adequate portions, but a bit too salty. My seafood pasta was a let down; skimpy on seafood and a boring sauce. My husband liked his pasta a la vongole much better. Desserts really need help, nothing exciting or different. Pleasant evening, OK food, very affordable but nothing memorable.

Chef Davide has a new restaurant outside of town on the road to Delores Hidalgo near La Burger. The building has a warm comfortable industrial design. There is a wood fired pizza oven and grill as well. The menu features many interesting choices. A pizza for starters is a must. We all ordered different main dishes - ravioli with meat sauce, smoked trout, pork belly and a house made chorizo dish. All exceptional. Service was great as was the timing. We all agreed to meet there again soon!

Four of us dined at Firenze several days ago and enjoyed the experience. There was a good variety of traditional Italian fare offered and some unusual dishes such as pasta with wild boar sauce. Service was attentive and friendly and the prices were not out of line when compared to other restaurants of the same caliber.

From entering Casa Nostra and viewing them making pasta to the chocolate trufle at the end of your meal you will enjoy this dining experience. The service was superb, a nice drink selection, and fab food. Everyone in our party of 10 raved about their dinner. If you're in San Mingal Casa Nostra should be on your agenda.
