This is a great little Italian restaurant - when we tired of French food, we gave it a try for lunch - and enjoyed the food so much we booked dinner two nights later and loved our dinner too. Easy to find and free parking is right across the street in the square.

Had dinner here while on a visit to Le Mans and staying in Sable sur Surthe. They had a lot of choice with very friendly staff. In the end, I went for the lamb - which was absolutely delicious.

Walked all round this pretty little town but not much choice on the food front. Chose Villa Roma and was not disappointed. 15.50 euro menu included Kir aperitif fully loaded pizza and a coffee or dessert. Nice to have air conditioning too.
