Nice family restaurant. Excellent pizzas but poor antipasti ( at least the one I ordered). In the country, difficult access ( vital have a GPS). Country restaurant.Pleasant atmosphere.

It's hard to know how to rate this place. We went there last week for lunch and not all was really tasty!I loved the "tagliata with mushrooms" but pasta, antipasti and dessert were well below average!!I rated 3 because of the location, great views and lovely temperature, very nice cool dry gateway off Rome.

I had dinner one night only ( I couldn´go again because it was crowded and had no reservation). It was wuite late ( about 10 pm) and we were treated in an excellent way. Their food is exceptional, both antipasti, pizza, meat or fish. It is quite close to the hotel I stayed (Villa dei Papi).Important to make reservation if weekend. Very full normally.

Arrived in the locality on a Monday which is when many places are closed. This was suggested by our hotel as a provider of simple Italian food. Not much simple about it. One waiter spoke excellent English and was charm personified. Not cheap, but good quality food and wine. (The wine is produced by the hotel.) You need a car to get to it, though as taxis are pricey.

Following an exhausting day visiting attractions in Rome all we needed was an excellent meal, a great bottle of local wine, top service and pleasant surroundings.
