Things to do in Portoscuso
Ristopub situato nel Lungomare di Portoscuso con terrazza, cocktail, selezione di birre, alcolici, steakhouse, hamburger e menù alla carta a stagione. Vi aspettiamo!
This bar has an amazing atmosphere, I recommend this for cocktails, food, beer and decor! The marine theme fits well and it all comes together to give the feel of an upperclass establishment. We went there nearly every night of our holiday and always had a warm welcome. The barman makes excellent cocktails and is always helpful even when he's being kept busy all night! This bar has the potential to be absolutely 5 star, as it's recently opened I think some staff are still learning the ropes, and a few things need perfecting. In my opinion I think the waiting staff need to check on all the customers regularly to monitor their glasses and menu orders. This may mean they need more staff. The BB team are well presented overall; very smart in their black polo shirts, it gives the impression of a classy establishment. From my observations, I think a minor thing but to improve the general feel of the bar would be to have everyone working in front of house wearing the same tops or dressed smartly. The nuts, olives, crisps and treats served with the drinks on arrival are lovely, a nice touch, but for the practicalities of business must incur a cost to the establishment, so although they're lovely, I think they should charge a small amount for the extras if the customer would like some. We would have been happy to pay for them.

Lovely location overlooking the harbour. Food was tasty and great value for money. They didn't go out of their way to make anyone other than friends feel special or valued. Surprising given they have so much competition and so few tourists.I would suggest trying another restaurant or visit Corsica.

This restaurant is located in front of the beach. You can see the moon and the sea. Just amazing. The food is nice and tasty. Especially the spaghetti ai ricci. It is a kind of trattoria. Do not expect great elaboration of the dishes but a convivial place. The price are really good. You can expect to pay 25 Euro for a starter and some pasta plus beer. Overall, I rally recommend it for the location.

This restaurant has a bit of a cafeteria appearance inside with mass seating along with tables and chairs outside. Due to the greenery around the restaurant the view of the harbour and sea is a little limited however there was a regular buzz and a good vibe within. The staff were always very attentive and friendly and the restaurant was always very popular with locals which is not surprising as the food we had was lovely. We had a caprese salad starter and pizzas for main and both were plentiful and very tasty.I would recommend, and also recommend booking on a weekend to sit outside. A great restaurant offering a range of dishes. The first evening we only wanted pizza. They offered an extensive pizza menu, all very reasonably priced. Service and food was great. The place was packed so we were lucky to get in without a reservation. We went back two evenings later. This tme we had grilled vegetables, mussels in sauce followed by tuna Portoscoso ( delicious) and huge gamba. All delicious. Very reasonable house wine. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the staff we very welcoming and efficient.

A short walk from the harbour up a side street, you'll find this very friendly, family restaurant with outside seating and play area for children. The food is delicious and the owner very welcoming and friendly. There is something on the menu for everyone ie pizzas, pasta (of course) which is great if your children are fussy eaters but also local specialities if you want to try some local Sardinian cuisine. Recommended!

The pizza was outstanding! I say this from someone who is not that keen on pizza so it must be good. My husband had the four cheese with porcini mushrooms, they were fresh and delicious. I had my favourite, tuna on the the new style lighter dough. Also very good. Had a great bottle of red to wash it down and the bill was very reasonable too. In high season I would suggest you book as it was quite busy even in early May. Well worth a go if you are a pizza fan.

Enjoyable meal in the outside area on a September evening. Staff were helpful and polite, good food, not expensive, and a nice house wine by the carafe.

We went there for dinner, a reservation is necessary. Although we don't speak any Italian we were able to make ourselves understood, the staff was very nice, lovely even, and helpful. The mussels as well as the sea food risotto was fantastic and authentic. If you eher come to Portoscuso, go to L'ancora, it's absolutely worth it!

EVENTS OUR MENUTANIT and its Salt Restaurant ...Rooms are spacious and nice outdoor seating confidential or welcome guests to keep the flavors of the cuisine of Sardinia and internationally. We will meet you for a drink, lunch or dinner on the veranda or i
This was at least a very interesting place to eat, as the owners are making their restaurant a museum at the same time: a lot of cool ancient stuff is placed around - so it's worth the visit just for that. The food itself tends to be very local, and the dishes we tried were very nice. As the restaurant is located in the middle of nowhere and it was after the end of the tourist season, it was empty, and we enjoyed 5-star service by the staff, hungry for visitors, so it was a superb experience.
