Good food at affordable prices. Love the pasta here, especially polo spaghetti which is cream base with chicken, zucchini, carrot. Really nice as they made it spicy for me. My husbandâs aglio olio is good too. However the service staff seems unfriendly and not attentive even when the restaurant is not crowded. There was no English menu, one of the service staff was busy watching tv and seemed so reluctant to take our order. Most of the staff busy looking at their phones rather than paying attention to customers. Only one staff was working hard. Itâs a pity that service is poor when the food and decor is so good. Hope it can be improved.

No sooner had my plane landed and I was West away for a quick tour of the city. Before checking into my AirBnB, we visited Per Sempre for just a cup of coffee. We ended up ordering 3 appetizers and wine.The beautiful day just begged us to sit in the semi enclosed outdoor patio. Lovely landscaping and modern buildings surround this area of Podgorica. After speaking with the chef, we couldnât figure out which foie gras appetizer to order so We ordered both the cold and the grilled plates. The grilled for graph was presented on three toasted baguette beautifully seared. Arugula salad topped with thinly sliced grilled pears and a balsamic reduction completed the plate. Oh, did I mention the warm house-made orange marmalade? These are the small but necessary ingredients that elevate a plate from good to great. The cold foie came presented as a mousse that incorporated mushrooms and assorted vegetables...All puréed and topped with goose fat to seal in the freshness and flavors.Our third platter was a locally produced prosciutto type ham that paired perfectly with the foie.Dessert was the absolute best Tres Leche cake I have ever eaten and that includes all over Latin America. I thought the service was impeccable and professional. However I do not require constant attention and I have no problem flagging down someone if needed.

Very 'southern' service, probably compounded by it being a slow Thursday night. Still, a slightly more proactive approach would have been appreciated, even if we enjoyed the vibe. (We certainly enjoyed the â¬3.50 Cuba Libres, although they need to get some limes in rather than making do with lemon.) Cool place that would fit in any hipster space in just about any city or country these days - a nice contrast to the more generic bars and pubs lining the main strip in Podgorica. Great music, too. One proper thumbs-down though: way too dark in the courtyard. Ambience is one thing, can-barely-read-the-menu darkness is quite another.

Stopped for dinner on the way to the airport. Service was excellent and very fast, also the food recommendations were on point.Weâve had the âcevapi na kajmakuâ and they were really good. Very cheap prices and nice atmosphere. Big dishes as well.Place to recommend!

Visited on the recommendation of a local who went with their family. Very cosy, only 6-7 tables. On the first occasion, two of us had the mozzarella and prosciutto starter, two of the small pizzas, 1ltr of Vranac red wine and two coffees. Came to â¬26. Very cheap. The pizza's were lovely, and more than enough for one person. Sharer starter came with bread too. Vranac wine was nice for the house wine. Although small, there was a nice atmosphere, and the staff were very attentive and friendly.We are sorry that the space is small and that we can satisfy you with several tables. Thank you

Had breakfast - sweet pastries and cakes might be their thing, but didnt try them.Coffee was good. Everything else so-so. Ok, but nothing to write home about. Then again cheap, like most places in Podgorica.At the mall. So not that nice.One of those places, where it takes a week to pay the bill, because waiters stop noticing you after you are done with your food.

I have often enjoyed the seafood menu here, from spring onwards can eat on their terrace fresh fish menu & i also recommend the various Risotto ,, good service, prices a little higher than the city average but for a good meal or romantic RDV , it one of the best in PodgoricaDear Chris,Thank you very much for nice words and recommendations. Surely you know the feeling, travelling through the Balkans for days on a business trip. We felt it was time for something different than grilled meat platters. Luckily enough the best rated restaurant in Podgorica turned out to serve italian food. Only 3 blocks away from the Marriott, we went for it. I can only confirm the excellent rating. Nice interior, timeless songs as background music, fast, friendly and efficient service, tasty food.Our party had the local cheese platter with fresh bread as a starter. A 'small' pizza as main course. The meal accompanied with an excellent bottle of red wine: Vranac 'pro corde' from the famous Plantaze winery. The only remark I can make, is that I personally would serve the Vranac slightly colder. A very enjoyable evening for little money. Thanks to the Lanterna team!
