Let's be honest. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters though is how that mistake is managed. We visited La Casa on Sunday evening. The first warning sign was that they had no record of our booking, but as the restaurant was not full, they were happy to accommodate us. The waiter was friendly and polite. We were quickly seated and orders were taken. Our drinks and starters arrived promptly and they were enjoyable. However, the main course was another matter. Half of the party received food as soon as the starters were cleared. Being polite, we waited for the remaining food to arrive abut after 10 minutes we decided to start eating as the food was getting cold. We asked several times for updates but no clear answer was given. Eventually, the waiter brought some snacks for the people who were still waiting for their food. After 30 minutes, the main courses for half of our party had failed to arrive and the rest of the party had finished eating. We suggested to the restaurant that they should do something but the waiter explained that it was out of his hands. Eventually, one of the owners came to our table. She did not give a clear reason for the delay so we suggested to her that perhaps she should consider not charging for the food that had not been delivered, or at least offer a reduction. She felt that this was unreasonable and as far as she was concerned, we should pay for the food we had eaten. We paid and we went home to cook food for the people who had not been able to eat. We will not return to La Casa. Basically, if you are happy to be treated badly and pay too much for food, then La Casa is ideal. If you want good food and good service, go somewhere else.

Das italienische Restaurant bietet hervorragende Pizzen und italienische Gerichte. Der Service hat mich aber etwas enttäuscht. DrauÃen sitzen war trotz super Wetter nicht (mehr) möglich. Das Essen wurde unfreundlich dargereicht. Die Wartezeit war sehr lang.

Die Pizza ist immer sehr gut aber die Bedienung, war sehr frech und inkopetent. Eine Pizza, die Hawai, wurde falsch belegt von der Küche, statt doppelt Käse angeblicher Parmesan (sah nach nicht geschmolzener Streukäse aus). Trotz Hinweis und Beschwerde, wurde die Kellnerin frecher, ich sollte bzw. Müsste diese zahlen, obwohl nur ein Stück gegessen wurden. Es wurden Behauptungen aufgestellt und diese zu bezahlen. Sie könne nicht stornieren und müsste Rücksprache mit den Chef haben, sodass die Behauptungen weiter gegeben wurden. um uns unter druck zu stellen. Unter anderen man hätte die komplette Pizza gegessen und wäre nicht schlimm ob Parmesan oder nicht Käse ist Käse. Obwohl das Eingeständnis kam, das die Küche den Fehler gemacht hat. Wer hat schon mal Hawai Pizza die mit Parmesan Käse belegt wurde gesehen.... so etwas habe ich noch nie in 45 Jahren gesehen...

A little bit of something for everyone. The menu ranges from Croatian, to Italian, to German dishes. I really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the food was great.

Wir waren heute mit 2 Familien dort. Sehr kinderfreundlich, regionales Bier und sehr gute Pizza und Pasta. Auch die Fleischgerichte sahen sehr gut aus. Gerne wieder!

Im La Valle bei Enzo ist man seit eh und je bestens. Immer sehr aufmerksam wie Enzoseine Gäste bedient. Und aus der Küche kommt nur bestes. Wir bestellten Rigatoni Casa und Canneloni al Forno. Vom feinsten. Dazu einen Pinot Grigio.Alles bestens

We went with two friends who are in a choir, the rest of the choir were there as well.They all wanted to sit inside the restaurant whereas we four sat outside in the evening sun. ( 32 degrees) We had different pizzas and all of them were excellent, very thin pastry base, nice and crisp. The wine was also very good, service was swift and very efficient. Toilets were very clean with a pleasant smell. Prices were reasonable.

Die italienisch-deutsche Gaststätte bietet einen tollen Service und gute Küche. Egal ob Pizza, Nudeln oder traditionelle Schnitzelgerichte - ich war bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden.

We love this place as the ambience is so ewhat calm and relaxing despite having the first impression like a semi fine dining restaurant. The staff were always friendly and they're great with kids. Our 4 year old son definitely loves being here. They have great pizzas, and I always ordered their spinach pizza which is out of this world. But last Friday I tried for the first time their schnitzel Arts des Hauses, which was a big unclimbed schnitzel with creamy shrimp sauce served with Rösti and broccoli. It was delicious! My husband had also only good things to say about his schnitzel, which he had with fries and salad, my mother loved her venezia salad, and our kid, a salami pizza lover, said it's the best pizzas he ever had!
