I have not been to Brendaâs for over a year and I am glad that nothing has changed, it is still the best restaurant on Deep Creek Lake. The service was great and the pizza even better. We had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Special Pizza. It was very tasty. I will be back again.

I ordered a salad, penne pasta with chicken and broccoli. The pasta was very overcooked and the chicken maybe undercooked but not edible. I ate the broccoli and threw the rest away. The salad dressing was unappetizing (threw that away too)...as well as the $$ I spent on this meal. Looking into the back kitchen (that is open for view, I saw a worker sneezing without covering up and my waitress disappeared when my food was sitting and packaged.

This is a great place to come and sit and look at the lake any season of the year. I especially like to watch the snow outside, but summer is great too watching all of the boaters. The food here is good and the bar setup is really nice because you can sit at the bar or at one of the tables and still have a view. In the winter they have a nice corner fireplace. The main restaurant is right next door, so if you want more formal you can switch over to that room. The bar has a couple of TVs to watch news or sports and they have a good selection of beer, wine and mixed drinks. Their happy hour specials are what we stop in for.
