Came here from recommendation of TripAdvisor, and mostly had a great time! The food tastes great - pasta comes in a small portion, while pizza comes in a large portion. Normally, I'd think service is great, but a couple of big groups drew the attention of the waiters, and meant that we were left waiting for a while to order. In addition, the place was incredibly hot and uncomfortable to sit in - we were lucky to get seats near the door for some ventilation! Overall, it serves great food, but quality of service needs improvement.

Extraordinarily good food.Other than what is on the chalkboard inside the restaurant, there is no menu or wine list. The four course fixed price menu is what they are serving that day. Our first course was a delectable mixture of seared tuna, zucchini, capers, olives, lettuce, radicchio and who knows what else. The second course was a lemon, burrata ravioli in a butter sauce that was delicate and delicious. Third came a steak and potatoes with small pieces of rosemary, chives, eggplant, roasted peppers, kohlrabi and more. The dish was outstanding. For dessert we were served a delightful passion fruit mousse accompanied by passion fruit. By in large, the offered wines were Italian and reasonably priced. The four course menu was CHF 75 per person. We sat outdoors on the patio, but there is indoor seating as well. Service was very good.

We came here for dinner after the but city of Lucerne and it was laid back and relaxing. We got pizza and salad and both were delicious! Arrivé vers 21 heures, dans la grande salle il y avait un grand groupe qui soupait avec la musique et une chanteuse. Je m'étais installé dans la petite salle sous la voûte. Comme avant, la petite salle à manger est plutot intimiste et jolie.Maintenant, la carte des menues est plutot italienne. J'ai pris des piccata, sauce tomate et spagettis. Le plat était bien dressé, un peu trop de viande et peu de spagettis. Ceux ci était trop al dente à mon gout et la viande était un peu trop sèche.Le service était sympa un peu lent à cause du grand groupe. L'addition finale était de 30 francs. Sans être mauvais, je préfère la cuisine du restaurant il y a une année. Mais il semble que l'équipe cuisine n'est plus la même.

Had a wonderful lunch today. Everything was great; the food, service, the wine not to mention the inside of the restaurant. Like a little trip to Italy. Easily reached via public transportation. The menu of the day was salad, choice of entree (pasta or meat) and a dessert. Wine was also chosen. Very easy and tasty. The food came fast. Great time! Get reservations. Looking for a good place to eat outside our Hergiswil hotel and walked a charming block to Nabucco. The pictures on TripAdvisor donât show the charming interior with the church bells outside ringing on the hour, this has ambiance. It was raining, but it looked like it has a lovely outdoor area too. We ordered 2 pastas and 2 pizzas for our family of 4, needing a little help with translation, and enjoyed our meal tremendously. It was authentic and delicious. Loved being in Hergiswil and taking the train into Lucerne for the tourism, it was the right choice for our family, and Nabucco was a great final dinner in Switzerland.
