Family run, independent, Award winning Italian Restaurant est 1984 -35yrs! Open Tues - Sat Lunch and Dinner. Menu 2 course £17.90. Offering a taste of Italy to the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon, al fresco in summer, Wine £3.20 Per 125ml glass/ £4.60
We ate here for my husbands birthday. The welcome was warm and friendly and the table we were given was perfect. The wines on offer were very good. I had a couple of seafood dishes which were gorgeous, the prawns are the largest iâve ever had. The only disappointing element was my husbands lasagna was dry, he didnât really enjoy it. But everything else was very nice.

Truly authentic, rustic, Italian and Sicilian food in Stratfords only proper wine bar.Terrific, comprehensive range of wines - in every taste, and price.Great tasting room experience, without price shocks.Atmosphere and ambience of a Mediterranean bar, with food. Really fresh Caciocavallo, grand Aubergine Stew, and, Oh! so authentic beef and veal meatballs, in tomato, oreganoand olive sauce. Made extra special with topping of Tellegio cheese. No downside to this great find, even 3 draught lagers, and a ' yankee ' I. P. A. for beer lovers !

This is a general Mediterranean restaurant rather than a specific national cuisine. The food was well prepared and presented. The special Groupon menu is a little limited and the Groupon advert does not seem to indicate this as clearly as one would like.

I don't think that this restaurant is listed on TA at the moment, and I would like to submit a review.
Love this restaurant... always a warm welcome... olives and three styles of fresh cooked bread to snack on... cracking bottle of Pino Grigio Rose ... Garlic Prawns .... ( Prawns .... looked more like baby Lobsters ! ) .. both had Filleto al Pepe .... with Creamy mash and fresh Spinach . still has to be one of the best steaks in the West Midlands. Some may say itâs a bit expensive..... but we think..... you get what you pay for... xthank you

Located in the grounds of the Punchbowl Lapworth, a recently opened Italian restaurant serving small plates and wood fired pizza.
I was away on business & staying at the Punchbowl for a couple of nights & had already eaten in their (very good) restaurant but fancied a change. Piattino really delivered. Warm, friendly, great staff. Lovely authentic menu which actually delivered on its promise. Eating early I was actually the only customer for the first 20 minutes but the ambience & style still created a good atmosphere. Following good advice from my server I opted for 3 dishes which were generous & I can eat! Each was really delicious. A couple of beers (Italian too) all finished off with a complementary limoncello.Overall, authentic Italian tapas at their best, great service & lovely ambience (when I left the place was full). Thank you.

Our second visit, really pleased first time around but this visit wasn't impressive. The waitress gave good service, the food was nothing special. Arabiata was weak and watery, very disappointing. Not much atmosphere, we're used to Italians having great welcoming personality, this didn't exist unfortunately.
