Very short walk from the Vergilius Hotel. Had an Angus Steak that very tasty and tender to the point of being able to cut it with one's fork. Pasta well prepared. Excellent and professional staff. Our waiter - Orlando - was very attentive and helpful. Very clean upper end Golf Club with a view of the greens from the table. Very pleasant - will come back without hesitation.Thanks for the review.

What to say about this place...! Great cuisine great menu' that changes daily with local daily speciality.Place is not big. Place is very busy with professionals that can easily occupy all the space.... Best to book. Easy atmosphere local harmony. Not a romantic place. Just a great eating place for all that are true friends and for all that love each other...

We drove past first time and couldn't find it. Being Englishmen of very limited lingo we thought maybe due to the name of this restaurant we'd find an English speaker to help us translate. Antonio did more than help us with the menu, he offered us great company and we discussed everything from football to politics and beyond. The wild mushrooms were perfect. Best meal in all of Vicenza. 5 star service from a 5 star team. Please come visit Comfort Food. You won't regret it :-)Thank you very much dear Dzi....

Since we are few minutes from Da Nello, it's on our regular rotation of restaurants. After eating there at least 25 times, we never had an average meal. Each time was good, usually simply excellent..Their fare is typical of the area, but unlike some trattoria, their quality and freshness is always good. One of our favorite pastas with black truffle, is superb, though their bigoli is good also. Their steak rivals any Florentine steak. It's great flavor and cooked the Italian way, rare to medium rare. I often order their petto di pollo, which is a thin chicken breast lightly grilled. It has never been dry and is full of flavor. The vegetable sides are excellent as well. My personal favorite dessert is the crema catalana; makes me hungry thinking about it.Their prices are reasonable and your host, Fabio, is attentive. Most of the wait staff speaks little English, but they'll find a way to communicate. Da Nello is one of the best and you won't go wrong, especially on a warm day eating al fresco outside overlooking the mountains and parts of Vicenza. It's a warm environment and has always met our expectations.

We had dinner here last night. We went for the meat tasting menu at 45 euros a head. For this we got water, a selection of starters, two types of pasta, two types of main and one pudding and coffee. But what we found great was that the price also included a glass of well chosen wine to match each course. Including a welcome glass of Prossecco. The decor has the feel of a holiday camp and you half expect after the plates had been cleared to have a game of bingo. But the food was exceptional and the staff warm and friendly. We shall definitely return.

We decided to make a stop in Creazzo and visite this very cosy burger bar for dinner. Very nice burgers and great beers (big selection) as well as friendly and service-minded staff made this a memorable evening. Much of the food (including sauces) is really homemade and gives you a feeling of people taking pride in what they are offering. The burgers we chose contained filet of beef and were really tender and juicy. Maximum scores from us. Highly recommended.

Our family has been going to Tre Scalini too many years to count with great satisfaction. Antonio, an avid cyclist, as well as a top restauranteur,his lovely gracious wife Sandra who always welcomes us warmly at the door and their son Edy(pronounced Eddie) serve one of the most delicious authentically Italian spreads you will ever have the honor to enjoy. It resides in an old renovated stable( you park your car in the courtyard) with copper pots adorning the rafters along with other rustic antiques from the agricultural days of this little Italian town...the genuine love of food is present in the preparation of every dish..You will eat like a king (or queen) and be very happy when the bill arrives as it is so reasonable. I love their pasta dishes.. crespelle or anything with radicchio or white asparagus ..the menu changes seasonally so everything is prepared with the freshest local ingredients. The grilled meats are superb, cooked over a wood fire as done in the old days. My favorite appetizer is grilled raddichio topped with carpaccio

It's a new place, which opened in August 2017. Great interior and the toilets were really clean. Absolut plus in this areaThe food was really good at a fair price.Just the communication was a lil difficult. Went to this restaurant with a group of 15 for lunch. We were given an abundant amount of food for a great price. The first course consisted of bread, fresh meats and cheeses. Then we were served fried seasonal vegetables. Next came fried olives and lastly a pasta dish. The food was very good. I haven't visited during dinner time but their meat platters look delicious. The staff was very friendly.
