Sometimes it is difficult to find quality meat in restaurants in Costa Rica. However, this restaurant has a very good offer of beef cuts, and it is very likely that those of us who are beef lovers will be satisfied with our dish. Meats are soft and juicy and, with good flavor. The side dishes are also very good and different. The service is of quality and in general one feels at ease, both with the service and with the environment. It has a very spacious and comfortable parking. If you travel on the road that leads to the Irazú Volcano, this is a mandatory stop.

Ayer estuve en el restaurante Villa Italia y disfruté del mejor Pollo Parmesano que he probado.Una pechuga empanizada y gratinada con queso mozarella y lo sirven con spaghetti en salsa de tomate. Se los recomiendo!Y solo pagué 5.000 Colones !!!Se los recomiendo!

We had lunch on a Sunday afternoon, after an excursion through the area, including beautiful Lankester Gardens in ParaÃso. The restaurant has nice premises and a good environment for an enjoyable meal with family or friends. It presents itself as specializing in Italian food; however, simple Italian dishes such as antipasto, fried calamari, eggplant parmigiana, seabass frutti di mare or 3-funghi ravioli were all bad beyond belief, like if someone had been improvised as chef in the kitchen. Service was friendly but, with such food, no one dared to ask for dessert and we left our plates unfinished. Too bad!! Don't waste your time or money.

My friends and I ate here while staying at the hotel.... It is a little expensive for us but so worth the cost. I had grilled trout which is some of the best I have ever had. One of us had pizza, another calzone and another a salad.... Good size portions and not a bite was left !!!!! The service is terrific.... Great place !!!

Coming to Orosi Valley, I heard a lot about the Tapanti Restaurant and Hotel - so I went there for dinner.Already the entrance is special - a dirt road through a coffee plantation and a small track to the parking lot. Once there, the view is really nice and the food was just as good! Service is great and very friendly.Next time I am in the Orosi Valley, I will certainly stop by again for a nice meal.

We stopped here on our way to Irazu. Cartago is a busy city and we wanted a place with parking. Easy to find, parking lot out front. Great food and the owner and employees were really welcoming. Try the homemade pesto!Que alegrÃa que estuviera a gusto en Basilico, los esperamos pronto, siempre es un gusto sus comentarios!

WE have been for dinner twice ane finally found a ecellent restaurant. The owneris amazing and goes out of his way to mke us happy. My son can't wait to go back for the Salmon gongonzola cheese on the steaak is so good Good It makes s my mouth water

I attended a group dinner with 20 persons at Andiamo La, the service was efficient and the menu selections great. As a vegetarian there was ample to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the sautéed mushrooms and spinach ricotta ravioli. Others in my party enjoyed octopus and calamari.The visible kitchen with wonderful aromas emanating also add to the charm of this restaurant. The desserts are also divine!

We felt very comfortable, as was the live music was fantastic. Beer lovers come at their expense as they have extremely many indigenous varieties. Johanna was the best waitress you could ever imagine. As we enjoyed the first night so much, we arrived for several days to eat here. The food is super fine and extremely large portions. Thank you again for all the love team.
