Visited Volare this week with relations from Canada. My cousin required a gluten free menu. She was very impressed with the variety available and the knowledge of the staff. We were made welcome as soon as we entered the restaurant, ambience could not be faulted with background Italianate music. The service was professional and friendly. The quality of the food could not be faulted and piping hot. Good selection of wines at reasonable prices. The final bill was easy to read with with each course and drinks separated under headings. I would definitely recommend Svago for authentic Italian food. I visited with my partner on a Saturday. We arrived at 6:15pm and the restaurant was busy but we were able to get a table without booking which was great. We chose the 2 course menu deal. There was a good choice of food on the set menu. We both had the pasta linguine dish with sweet red pepper and porccini sausage. It was absolutely stunning. Service was first class. The bread is amazing.. all home made. The bill for the two of us including drinks was £31. I also had a home made Tirrimsu desert which was outstanding. Such good value for money. It's a simple review.........FANTASTICWe drove from Portsmouth to eat in Anatonis to celebrate our son's birthday, so 6 of us decended for an 8.30 table.Great atmosphere, great service, great food, big smiles from everybody working hard to look after us and one of those great restaurants where you can have a lively conversation without the risk of upsetting other clients, because they were all doing the same.Would I go again.....definatelyWhen......................as soon as I canThank you for making a memorable evening.
