The municipality covers an area of 37.05 km (14.31 sq mi) of which 2.50 km (0.97 sq mi) is water. A small village until the late 1960s, it had 6,392 inhabitants in 1950. By 2013 this had grown to 123,328, making it the third largest population centre in the province of South Holland, after Rotterdam and The Hague. It is part of the Haaglanden conurbation.

Toko Rasu ligt ietwat in een hoekje van het winkelcentrum Stadshart Zoetermeer . Desalniettemin is het zeker de moeite waard Toko Rasu op te zoeken en er iets te eten !

Een van de betere koffiezaken in het Stadshart naar mijn mening. Vriendelijke bediening in een frisse en lichte zaak.Lekkere cappuccino met een lekker zelfgemaakt koekje er bij.

Bij toeval, via internet, ontdekte ik Enfesso. Vanwege de kaart was ik benieuwd geraakt. Met mijn moeder ging ik er lunchen, en we werden niet teleurgesteld. Het verrassingsmenu was heerlijk, evenals de (Turkse) wijn erbij. De gastvrouw is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij, de andere serveerster is iets minder tegemoetkomend, maar niet onvriendelijk. De inrichting is strak en smaakvol. We hebben zeker nog niet alles van de kaart geprobeerd, dus we komen graag een keer terug. Echt een aanwinst voor Zoetermeer. Hoort zegt het voort, of nog beter: probeer het eens zelf!

Ja ja, als je een choco-fan bent loop dan hier zeker eens binnen. Het is een keten dus je kunt in meerdere steden terecht. In Zoetermeer gingen wij voor de choco High Tea. OK, thee kun je overal wel bestellen, maar zo'n plateau met allerlei zoetigheid en wat hartigs erbij. Dan ben je hier aan het goede adres. Al bij binnenkomst wordt de naam eer aangedaan, omdat de zoete geur van chocolade duidelijk waarneembaar is.Op ons plateau lagen ook bijzondere bonbons, met speciale toevoeging. Mmmm, en ook een fruit-spies (met wat choco gedrapeerd) viel ook in de smaak. Voor hartig was er ook wat dun geroosterd brood bij met olie, en diverse soorten wrap-stukjes.Tot besluit gingen wij aan de puntjes Cheesecake en Brownie.Voor ons was dit zeker een heerlijke middag-stop.

The elephant finds itself in the middle of a big tennis an bowling sports center (Dekker Zoetermeer). You would not expect a restaurant of this quality in these surroundings, but it's there and the price / quality of their wine/dine combination is great. Creative use of ingredients in cosy surroundings. Good for a nice night out, without breaking the bank.

Some quality time with my son in this nice ambiance. The atmosphere is good, the staff attentive and the food is good. The concept of sharing several dishes with your table mates works well and is a great alternative for plates for one. The taste was good and also for the eye. We liked it a lot.

We were invited by family friends to dinner at ten & Zo in Zoetermeer. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide range of foods that could be selected from various countries. Kids from all ages are more than welcome and catered for. One is permitted two alcoholic drinks and all you can drink of the non alcoholic beverages . A great evening was held by all.

I trusted the TripAdvisor comments and went there with my wife. It was fabulous! We took the 5 services surprise menu with wine pairing. A little bit pricey but definitely worth it. We will go back for sure! The place is top as well (old Dutch style farm).
