There are not so many hotels in Münster, as the hotel I usually stay is in renovation I started looking for some other options, and found out about the Mövenpick hotel. Well, even if the other hotel is renovated again, I'll stick to the Mövenpick. It's a little older, but still very comfortable. Very friendly staff and the breakfast is great. Parkrestaurant Schloss Hohenfeld is embedded in Parkhotel Schloss Hohenfeld, 5 km outside Muenster, but the clientele is not restricted to hotel guests; when we had dinner we noticed several local families having dinner here. The restaurant offers several special packages, comprising mostly of a special menu and wine. A la carte ordering is of course always possible. The restaurant is situated in several rooms with much old world atmosphere; we were shown to a table in a room which was dominated by a big fireplace in full operation, the "Kaminzimmer". We had opted for a special menu with a bottle of white wine. The meal turned out to be surprisingly good and innovative; the wine was excellent and the service dedicated and polite. Not only as a hotel guest, but also when staying generally in the vicinity of Muenster, Parkrestaurant Schloss Hohenfeld is to be recommended for a memorable experience. Oh, I almost forgot. As the hotel is located on some sort of estate, there is abundant free parking.

Is not a pizzeria, neither Italian restaurant as announced in this application Is a Syrian restaurantDear Pere, we are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed because of the misleading "Pizza" tag that we used to describe our kitchen. We did indeed choose "Pizza" as a tag because Manakish, a Syrian speciality that we serve, is similar to a Pizza. And unfortunately, Tripadvisor does not offer the label "Syrian" yet ;-) However, we have deleted this label in order not to cause more misunderstandings. The restaurant is cosy and stylish. The service by the Bernd Gunia is impeccable. He is a very welcoming and attentive host. The menu is diverse. The food was overall very good, some of the dishes could have possibly been worth a Michelin Star in my opinion with a few minor adjustments. The wine list is good, with a decent selection for the more demanding pallet.
