This (hotel) restaurant is very nicely located in the manor of the hotel surrounded by a beautiful garden and outside seating is possible. Monday evening, Tapas evening at De Hertogh. Relatively small restaurant near village center. With outdoor, heated terrace. Large variety of tapas dishes. Nice portions and good value for money. Small wine card but with some nice Malbec and Primitivo. Very friendly staff. Can be recommended

Het begon met een zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Opvallend dat men voor wat oudere bezoekers alle geduld van de wereld hadden hetgeen voor een prettige en rustige sfeer zorgde.De kamers zijn gewoon goed, het past allemaal goed en de verzorging van de kamer is ook prima.Het ontbijt is van zeer goede kwaliteit en de verzorging van e.e.a. is erg goed. Na één dag weten ze wie je bent en spreken je aan op een prettige, belangstellende manier zonder het te overdrijven.De keuze in de avondmaaltijden zijn in het grand café wat beperkt maar dat hoort er een beetje bij om het efficiënt te houden.Er moet vooraf worden gereserveerd en dat is - denken wij - om de keuken niet over te belasten en dat zorgt er weer voor dat de kwaliteit prima is. De prijzen zijn zeer schappelijk.Kortom: we komen er waarschijnlijk weer een keer terug.
