Itâs dark and dingy but great place to go for cold beer.Locals and tourists all mix in together well and it has great atmosphere to people watch.Food was good and cheap and you can watch it be cooked, I would recommend giving it a try.Beers is cheaper than all other local bars by some way, cocktails were not great though stick to beer !

Good selection of cocktails. Friendly and helpful staff is looking after you well. I don't think it serves any African food during the normal day, but have great Thai and Indian food. If you have a chance to book Maasai show, do it. Food was amazing (local food) and show was really good too. After the show you will have a chance to buy very overpriced souvenirs. It was very difficult to knock prices off.We just wanted to be nice and buy something of them after the show, but I wouldn't bother next time.

This place has far fewer reviews than most others along the beach in Paje, and this may be down to it being slightly further away from the central area of the beach than other restaurants, but this was certainly the best food I ate in Paje (ate there three times for dinner). Great fresh seafood, friendly service, reasonable prices (cheaper than some others which are only a couple of minutes away), cold beer, good music.Like anywhere else in Paje, you wait a while between ordering and getting the food, but the wait is worth it.I had octopus a couple of times (tender), white snapper, and a mixed seafood platter and zero complaints.Recommended, if you're in town.

Tried the grilled squid with pilaf rice. The dish was nicely done and it came with melted butter and lime. Staff was friendly and accommodating. As everywhere on Zanzibar, it seems, things take time so be ready to wait 45min-ish for your food. A no frill beach restaurant (that also have bungalows) with 4 tables on their little porch. Pole pole (slowly slowky ) we say here ;) really thanks Ida to visit us and for this review. We hope to see you again at Ufukwe and offer our best Karibu Sana

This restaurant is really the best in Paje. They have African and International food on the menu cart. The foodies are delicious. Sometimes you have be patience when you wait for the food... but that's life in Tanzania. They also have cocktails and beers.

Big beach bar/restaurant with lots of seating possibilities with the best view on Paje Beach. Menu has a little bit of everything and everything tastes good. Only negative is that the burgers that they proudly advertises is nothing special at all. Best pick is their fish n chips.Service is good, food is served fast and price is fairly cheap.

I visited Luciana Restaurant with my family and we ordered 4 different dishes - Kuku Paka (recommended by chief - perfect fit), Masala Chicken, Grilled Chicken and Vegetable spice rice. Everything was fresh and delicious, the portions were big and served nicely! What we really like about this place is as well the lovely atmosphere - Luciana and her staff were kind, smiled, open and cared about our satisfaction. Definitely worth visiting!:)

Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza here - as good as I've had in Italian restaurants in cities in Europe.Lovely setting, overlooking the sea from a slightly elevated dining room which is airy and bright.Fairly (comparatively) pricey compared to some other places along the beach but a great place to visit when you want a break from seafood and local dishes.Friendly, efficient service, too.Many thanks for your nice review on our restaurant service and food quality.
