Stopped here at the end of a day in Venice, and were pleasantly surprised by how good it was!We expected a low-grade imitation 'English pub', with greasy food and terrible drinks. But whilst they've gone overboard in decorating the place with English decorations and theming, the food, drink and service were excellent.Highly recommended!

We stayed in the village of Mestre and the receptionist recommended this close restaurant. Service was fast and attentive. The wine list was relatively short but there were plenty of inexpensive and nice wines. We all had our own pizza and they were outstanding and possibly shareable. The deserts were wonderful and the free licorice desert wine a nice touch.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and utilized this restaurant for breakfast each morning and one late night meal. We found the service and food very good. Staff was polite, professional and friendly, willing to offer recommendations on the meal. The staff just enhances the quality of the meal. A very good dining experience.

Everything is so flavoursome and thereâs a great selection on the menu. Extremely reasonably priced for what you get and the quality of the food. Our waiter spoke very good English and provided a brilliant service. Would return in a heartbeat if we were to return to Mestre!
