Very cosy restaurant in the neighbourhood of Wyck. The restaurant is run by the chef and his wife and serves very nice steak, fish and original starters. As a starter try the shrimp in a signature sauce... superb.

it is always a blind adventure when you go for a surprise menu. Here you can choose between a 4-8 course surprise dinner by the chef. I went for the 4 course one.Since a very long time I didn't experience such a nice, tasty, surprisingly good and high quality dinner which I really enjoyed during the evening, accompanied by a set wine arrangement from Limburgian wines from the region. This was really superb, my sincere compliments for the chef. Relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff.No question that I fully recommend this restaurant, don't forget to make a reservation!Thank you so much for this review! Restaurant One never stops surprising. Having dinner there every year, we are still very happy customers. It's worth the trip to Roermond. We had the full menu this time. Beautiful amuses, sea bass ceviche (what a killer!), cod, veal and more. Dishes look beautiful and taste great. Great eye for detail. Word cannot describe the experience. Nice selection of wine (and they are pour generously). Informal, very friendly staff. Nice ambience in old industrial building. Only a smalle 'mistake': why no asparagus the menu? The regional gold... and, just in season.Well thanks for taking your time, we as a team really appreciate it. We love to hear from our guest everytime they dine with us, if there is anything else we can do, just let us know and we be on top of it, again. See you soon at ONE!

Nice restaurant and very friendly staff, situated in the trendy area across the bridge (Wyck). Nice and original formula, with many appetizers and dishes to share. We appreciated the shrimp croquettes and the duck springrolls. As a starter, we opted for the crispy goatcheese, which was a delight. Mains were lemon sole and oriental gambas. A 5 star culinary experience from beginning to end! From the warm reception and the excellent, personalized service and suggestions (accompanying wines etc.), Novo is an absolute gem of a restaurant. Each and every course was artistically presented, and the tastes blended in a harmony of flavors and essences reflecting that the Novo chefsâ exquisite creations are prepared and served with great reflection, savoir faire and passion. Just had a fantastic dinner in de Lindehof with friends. Wonderful food amazing starters and just awesome service. We had the 6 course dinner which was simply grwat. How many different flavours can you add in one dish? The plates itself were small works of art served on wonderful porselain. The serving staff was very professional they just saw everything. The flow from the kitchen to the table was smooth....we never had to wait too long but we also didnt have the feeling the things were rushed. Great pace. If possible you should go here. Reservation might be necessary...we will be back for sure.

It was our 34th wedding anniversary so wanted to go somewhere special. Restaurant 55 was just the place to go with Michelin endorsement. The chef was very enthusiastic and passionate about describing our dishes starting with an âamuseâ consisting of Shrimp foam in shells, soup in test tubes and stinging nettle bread! Then some frozen Gespachio that exploded in our mouths. All set the scene perfectly. Then a Mackerel dish and paprika followed by braised Beef with truffle, duck then summer fruits Yoghurt and ice-cream. Service throughout was personal. A perfect experience. Well done.

I used to have a very good experience with this restaurant, but I was quite disappointed during our last visit (with the whole family). Service was below expectations, not too friendly, while prices were relatively high .... Maybe we were there on a bad day ........
