We decided to try this restaurant on the recommendation of the Pensione we were staying at. The menu provided a good selection and was translated in both English and German. The staff also spoke English. All of our meals were very tasty and the staff was nice. At the end of the meal they provided a complimentary shot of Hungarian Grappa, a nice surprise! There is a nice seating area outside. If you are traveling with young children there is a children's menu as well as a small playground. We would definitely recommend a meal here.

You can get some breakfast if you are not an early riser.Light lunch also can be there. It is a snaking place with an acceptable price.Those who visit the Castle- Kastély- can get to this place through the North gate of the Castle park.Two minutes on foot.

Interesting art deco interior. Parking possibility across the street. Most of the tables are bar-kind ones with matching seats - not for the elderly.Most meals were good, the forest fruit soup was not that good.The waitress was very kind and helpful.

Restaurant is on a side street off the center of the city, only a couple of minutes of walk.Small place.We had the daily "menü" (prix fixe weekday special lunch ). Food was good, but could have definitely had less salt.Service was quick.

We had an early dinner, the place was full, but we were sitted within 15 minutes.we had soup (Garlic and Goulash) which were very good, the beef tendrilion was great so was the chicken breast. The toilets were reasonably clean.We paid in Euro and got change in Euro, they accept credit cards as well.The staff are efficient but rather grumpy. We have ordered pike-perch this time. It was tasty and well-prepared. However, it turned out the fish was purchased from Russia. According to our opinion, it is unacceptable to transport fish to the Balaton lake from Russia...with regard to Hungarian fishers and fish producers and the poor nature, which is destroyed by the long transportsâ¦..
