We've eaten here probably 5 times over 2 trips the past 3 years. we really looked forward to eating here again this trip. sadly we were very disappointed. Service was VERY slow, no menu anymore - just a chalkboard with limited offerings. The sweet dishwasher was filling in as waitress thank goodness because we may never have gotten our order in or received our meal if she didn't fill in. Wife and daughter asked for a second glass of wine which never showed up. Food was adequate but nothing like we were accustomed to from previous trips here. Hopefully this was a one off evening.

A 100 percent totally satisfying dining experience in a laidback and amazingly captivating island chic atmosphere. Xuma offers flavour loaded dining options, which are creatively plated.Recently, we enjoyed a friend's fiftieth birthday dinner at Xuma and all five courses were amazingly delicious! BIG kudos to the Xuma team!!

We really struggled to find good food on Exuma and went here for dinner after a recommendation from another traveler. The restaurant is beautiful and service was perfect from start to finish. I'll attach some photos, but my lobster tail was excellent, appetizers were great and the drinks were top notch as well. It was such a nice evening and worth every penny.Hi Linda, Thank you for your review. This is paradise : the location is great. U eat at the first floor , meaning u have a splendid view on the sea . This is serinity on earth. The food is for us the best in Exuma. The welcome is so nice and the service is efficient and very friendly. once we discovered this place, we came back often during our vacations. They welcome kids. They have also a billard....And we even bought the sweat shirt of the club to bring it back in Eirope in our yacht club ( Monaco ). We définitively recommend this charming place. Be seated when climbing the stairs at the table in front : best view to dream and eat. Enjoy
