The pizza is great. The lasagne very good. Actually most of what we tried was tasty. Nice atmosphere. Worth recommendation. Book in advance during weekend lunch or dinner time.

Villa Gardena was recommended by a local foodie as one of the best restaurants albeit on the pricey side. And the stylish, spotless interior could emphasise both statements.The starter of scallops was excellent with a terrific mix of contrasting flavours. The main dish of zander was a bit dry-ish, but OK overall. The dessert of chocolate was fine.Service was friendly, but wine was refilled without asking. And the apparently (very expensive) 'vodka-on-the-house' was charged. Thus, the bill came close to 350 PLN (80 EUR) a head.Two points off for the rather seedy practice.Sir.Thank You so much for your visiting to Villa Gardena.I'm sorry for such an uncomfortable situation and a disagreement in the communication of the ordered drinks.I hope next time we will be able to compensate this issue situation.With apology.Best regards.

... und wir sind auch bei unserem Besuch in 2017 wieder hier gelandet. Der Grund: Bytom hat zwar in Bezug auf gastronomische Einrichtungen im letzten Jahrzehnt stark zulegelegt, aber leider schlieÃen viele Lokale bereits am Spütnachmittag/Frühabend ihre Pforten. Was dann übrig bleibt sind Pizza- Bäcker, Döner-Dreher, und ähnliche Angebote, bei denen man wahrlich nicht gemütlich sitzt (wenn überhaupt). Einige wenige 'echte' Restaurants haben zwar auch nach 20 Uhr noch geöffnet, aber bei unseren Anlaufstationen wären wir jeweils die einzigen Gäste gewesen. Also sind wir (wieder) bei der Sphinx gelandet. Zumal das Essen zwar nicht typisch polnisch, aber qualitativ hochwertig, wohlschmeckend und preiswert ist. Das Bier ist auch gut und gut gekühlt.

Åadnie, czysto, kulturalnie i przede wszystkim smacznie! Do tego piÄknie podane dania gÅówne, na Åadnych talerzach, Åadne kieliszki do wina. Na pewno wrócimy ponownie. Lokal od strony gÅównej ulicy, za to po drugiej stronie piÄkne widoki i cisza. Super zimowy ogród. Åwietne miejsce
