We did not thought that we can have such a nice dinner in a small city like Barlad.The dishes were delicious and the desert was fascinating.We ate pork ribs, sheep pastrami, Alona cake and yogurt with forest fruits cake.The prices are also very decent and for sure you will receive more value than the price you`ll pay. We paid about 200 RON for 3 persons, one dish per person, one desert per person and one bottle of wine with some soft drinks.Congratulations Alona!Your appreciation matters a lot to us. Whilst staying in Barlad for a fortnight long charity project, Poienita was the closest restaurant to us, ensuring a fair few visits. The location was lovely, situated in Barlad's flower-filled Gradina Publica. Each time the food was appetizing and served speedily, with the odd forgotten dish (which to be fair was probably due to the size of our party - between 13 and 15). The staff were friendly and accommodating, being quite happy to shunt tables together to make room for our group. Most of the waiters spoke enough English to take our orders and there was no significant language issues. Poienita was, however, the most expensive restaurant we frequented, although a good sized meal with a drink never topped 40 RON (about £8) for me. All in all, a very pleasant restaurant.

Giusto giusto perchè devi mangiare....qualche cosa!!!Arredamento con tanti fronzoli....ma poco arrosto!!!Non ce un menù in altre lingue se non il rumeno!!Quindi prendi un mix di carne alla griglia..... e speri tutto bene!!la speranza è ultima a morire!!
