This gorgeous restaurant shares it's home with the bar "East to East." If you are looking for delicious food, in an intimate setting, served with love, joy and family tradition, you must visit. From the moment you walk in, you feel warm and cosy. The food is amazing; from start to finish, each course was tastier than the last. I particularly loved had the Beetroot Samosas, and at the time we visited, (in December, so the menu will have changed slightly since then), the veggie curry and the lemon curd dessert were fantastic. The presentation of the food is awesome, the portions are spot on, and the flavours are amazing. I was dining with there meat eaters who absolutely loved (and would thoroughly recommend) the duck samosas, the pork belly (cooked to perfection), and the cardamon cake, (again, the menu may have changed since then). You are getting quality food, that is also locally sourced - so wonderful to see a new business have conscious awareness of both the carbon footprint and supporting other local businesses. ... visited many times and no complaints so far. We are very lucky to have such a great place in our local area. The staffs are always very polite and welcoming and the food is simply delicious. When visiting on my birthday with quite a few friends, the staff went to extra lengths to make us feel welcome and even gave me a complimentary drink with my meal. Canât fault this place, well done Viceroy and keep up the good work.

Went last Saturday quite late approx. 22.30 not a problem with the staff unlike other restaurants we have visited at that time in the past. Can't remember exactly what we had but it was obviously cooked to order, fresh, well presented and served on a hot plate. Was absolutely delicious including the rice and other side dishes.. Very pleasant and attentive staff without being patronising

Beautiful food. We thoroughly enjoyed our food.More condiments could be supplied with 2 poppadoms each for 4.We would have stayed for desserts and more drinks if said noise issues had not been evident. We know customers are always right but really ??I did report this issue to staff.

Although there are several Indian restaurants closer to us, we choose to drive a few miles more to the Lopen Raj because the food is so flavoursome and fresh. Itâs also great value for money with good-sized servings that are beautifully presented. The staff are all very helpful and friendly â nothing is too much trouble.

Our order tonight was amazing!My garlic chilli masala was very tasty, while Husbandâs milder chicken tikka masala was also very aromatic and lovely.Leave plenty of time if you are very hungry, but well worth the wait.Thank you very much for a superb meal.Even got poppadoms.

I am writing this review to get it off my chest. I have been to quite a few curry houses in my time but this one has got to be THE worst out of 200 !Do not eat here. Awful food, uninspiring staff. I feel like a nuisance just for asking a polite question. I donât normally like to moan but in this case, it is well justified. Did I mention Patronising ?
