Youâve got to go if you like Indian food. And do try the naan - they make it fresh and itâs to die for! The pakora was very flavoursome but a little dry. However, this was some of the best curry, Indian food, Iâve had in years and outside India. Absolutely worth going and modestly priced too.Thank you for your wonderful feedback.Actually pakora recipe are dry but can eat with green mint souce we cooking always fresh food. Lovely spot over looking the Ulladulla Harbour . We went there a lunch time. The chicken madras and lamb rogan josh were excellent. Both had a deepest flavours generated but a wonderful mix of Indian spices cooked to our chilli hot taste.The bread and rice were light and enjoyable. All in all would recommend this place to any curry lovers travelling down the south coast.

Pleased... I am sure itâs a good competition to all the existing Indian restaurants around Springfield. This place opened recently and it was packed on Sunday and even yesterday. We tried the vada, chilli bajji, podi ghee idly and goat biryani on the first visit. Almost everything met expectations expect the coconut chutney as it had no flavour and the bajji was very doughy. We tried the chicken 65, goat curry and naan.. the best of them was the chicken.. They seem to staffed well in kitchen as the orders were going out quickly. Still new so catching up on customer service for sure.. if they keep up the food quality, I will be a great repeat customer...!!

This is the place where you come for the food and not for a romantic dinner . The TV is on showing what seems to me being Indian song and dance videos . The TV is quiet though so you canât hear anything . Itâs a Friday night so quite a lot of people but no problem to find a seat .my husband said the chicken Jalfrezi was amazing , equally good as the one he once had in India . I had chicken madras and that was very good . Itâs a byob or buy wine in the restaurant . The service was very friendly . I would go again

Would not have known about this site if not for the recomendation of a "local" - situated off the main highway, the Lakeside Cafe offers a real alternative to the run of the mill "take away" - we dined in and enjoyed a delicious, freshly cooked meal. Highly recommend the grilled salmon with mushrooms, spinach and lemon butter - absolutely delicious! 3 good sized meals for under $50 - good value also
