Initially dropped by in the afternoon for a beer. Rather austere interior. Nevertheless, a cold 500ml Tusker was only K 4000. No wifi but TV showing World Cup Cricket. Returned for dinner having an Indian "combo" of curry, condiments, rice, nan and papadam. Reasonable for K 25000.I could not finish it all. Another dining option in Jinja.

Visited this restaurant for an evening meal. A good selection of curries on a large menu, which also included a number of western dishes. Place was full of local Indian resident, which I took to be a good sign. Order a fish masala which was freshly prepared - fragrant and tsty with the fish poached perfectly in the sauce. A large selection of Indian breads which were also good. Meal was very good but the setting a little tacky and could use a bit of an uplift. Good value, the meal and a soda came in at around $7

I went for dinner in this restaurant and ordered Gujrati Thali. They served a thali containing seasonal vegetables, Curry, Chapaties, rice , Papadam and butter milk. The taste was Indian and good combination of spices. The restaurant serves Veg and Nonveg Indian food and African food too. It is in busy place in Jinja.The service was very good. It is a budget restaurant.

Had lunch there with a friend. We were the only ones there but it still look a long time for our order to come out. My friend had 1/2 chicken and chips and I had the combination - chicken, prawn fried rice. Food was excellent. Service staff was nice. We just wanted to try out the place because it was new. We were not disappointed and I will definitely come back. They have a small kids play area for young children and some menu items for kids as well.

Last night we dined at a small restaurant at Nerul west opposite the railway station. Quite a small restaurant but food was good and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and service is good. Ambience is not much and lots of mosquitoes to keep you busy. If the ambience is improved and cleanliness maintained this joint is worth visiting

We went here for a lunch. Since I generally have local food when travelling, I decided to stick by it and ordered a platter of local food. I wasn't happy with what was served. The posho wasn't hot enough and the curry to watery. In all I didn't enjoy my meal. My colleague had ordered a Biryani and he found it to be OK.

Love the masala chai and mutton samosa today as my afternoon tea! Staffs were very nice with prompt service! We came here 2 days in a row so you can tell they offered really comfort Indian food with reasonable price! Definitely recommended if you nearby :)

Enjoyed a lovely meal with friends under the trees. Great ice cold beers and food was a good way to end the day. Curry was great. Food maybe took a little long to come, but we enjoyed some pizzas to share as starters. Right on the banks of Lake Victoria -- lovely place for a leisurely lunch. Good veggie pizza. Others in our party had fish (right from the Lake!), chicken tikka wrap, and burger. All of the food was great. Went with my mum, and ordered chilli sweet corn for starters. The dish was below average, with the sweet corn only tasting of oil and not enough flavour. The main course- Murgh Lazawab and Laccha Parantha were extremely tasty. What affected my entire experience, however, was a really really noisy group full of screaming children. Even though the owner made an effort to ask us to move to another table so we wouldnât be bothered, the noise still made our first half hour very unpleasant. To top it off, I got 10,000 less in change on payment. Iâd almost left in my taxi when I realised this. But when I went back, the cashier acted extremely confused and then gave me my money back. Highly disappointed after reading all the raving reviews, but having such an average experience.
