We booked for lunch and were there at 02:00 pm, served with welcome drink, that was just ok, then they served the starters, dont have much varieties, but whatever was there, was really delicious, ambience was also very soulful, main course was a buffet, that was also nice, deserts also was just , overall its worth visiting because there is no limit for food, eat n eat till ur tummy surrenders, we really enjoyed, one of the best place in jammu for food lovers.

Ordered some food, was just average1) Lachha Paratha, was good and crispy2) Dal Makhni, was not that great. We visited the restaurant for dinner with family...the restaurant is located on the 4th Floor of the Fortune Riviera Hotel..the seating is decent with table settings for a group of 4 or larger..the decor is drab..nothing special, remarkable or memorable...there is a balcony adjoing the restaurant...the restaurant focuses primarily on North Indian food. The menu has choices for starters and main dishes but does not offer a very wide variety of dishes in the main course..the menu definitely needs a re-look...although there was not much rush, the service was definitely not up to the mark..we could actually see the steward having words with a server right in the middle of the restaurant....it was shocking to see... the servers were not very familiar with the menu and could not offer much help in terms of recommending dishes ...the server serving food at our table was clumsy and was stepping on our feet, pushing the chairs and splashing the dishes...no finesse or grace there.....our food was served within 15-20 minutes of the order...food quality and portions were decent...but there was not much to remember in terms of flavour..we had a chicken and two vegetarian dishes...there was nothing wrong with the dishes but it was just ordinary fare..the live one man singing act was a highlight...the singer did a good job...at the end, the credit card machine at the restaurant was not working and the server went with us downstairs to the reception to swipe the card...a quick intercation showed that the reception staff was not very polished...Overall, very medicore...although our previous many visits to the coffee shop at the ground floor had been much memorable..The restaurant management definitely needs to pull up their socks and have a re-look at the ovrall functioning of the restaurant to maintain its reputation and clientel..

great food and nice place to hang around. must try kebabs and thai food. my kids love the butter chicken. its a kid friendly place too-they have baby high chair & cute kids meal tray. must ry their food festivals which are really nice. the bar is very nice and the best in town. great ambience & best cocktails-try LIIT.Sandeep singh is excelent service

Clean and decent ambience. They have separate place for vegetarians and non vegetarians. They have a bar also which is separate.The Wazwan dish taste really good. Itâs almost same as that of authentic food in Kashmir. Staff is nice. A very clean and well maintained place by govt. A must try for non vegetarians if you want to have wazwan and a perfect decent place for family to go and enjoy the food.. Kahwa was also nice. The rates are also very average.

Its a good option for fast food and confectionary items as per Jammu standards but dont compare the taste and quality with that of good small eatries in Delhi and other metros. Still its a nice small place to hangout for quick bite

We chose Falak for a family get together, and we were absolutely thrilled with our choice. Falak is a revolving restaurant, which adds a pleasent touch to the dining experience. Fair warning, sometimes you might feel the transition, in the form of a little shake. Other than that, its perfect. Menu coveres everything from traditonal Indian to Indo-Chinese. Chicken preperation is absolutely delicious. We had a wonderful time and our server for the night made sure that we were taken care of. Must visit when you are in Jammu
