It's not like there aren't many choices for dining in San Christobal... We stumbled upon this quaint little hip bistro style gastro pub and had a great meal for a very reasonable price. The ambiance was very nice, the service attentive and the food quite good indeed! The kind of place you'd go to on a regular basis if you lived here full time... Do go in confidence! Hope this review was helpful!!!

We were wanting something not fried when we found Todo Vegano. The owner/chef was a an amazing diverse menu while still remaining 100% veganI had a spicey Indian curry soup while my wife had the vegetable soup...both served with a side of fresh integral bread. The place was immaculate. fresh flowers,soft Latin music and a diverse style of colours and art. The prices are $ - $$. I'd recommend this restaurant.

The food for breakfast is great. Try to get there early because they have only very few tables (as almost everywhere else in San Cristobal). Huevos motulenos and the burritos were delicious. We ate there every day during our stay in town. Service can be just a little slow at times. You get your 2nd cup of coffee free. Prices are very reasonable.

We ordered the nachos, soup of the day, the El pastor burger and the Emmental burger. The soup of the day was delicious. The nachos were fine but lacked cheese (we only later realized that cheese is aan extra topping). The emmental burger was very flavourfull but it had a vegan cheese goo replacement (I think of was very runny humus) which is weird of you consider the burger is named after a cheese. The El pastor burger was rather dissapointing and lacked flavour. The papas fritas were very varied, by which I mean some were overcooked and others undercooked. So overal a decent experience were it not for the very unattentive service. This is the first time in Mexico that the waiter seemed to actively ignore the costumer. And when she managed to bring herself to tend to her costumers it looked like she had to drag herself along. A smile was definitly too much.

Not only was the meal excellent, but the service was warm cordial and very helpful. We got detailed information on the food, the suppliers and the preparation. I would definitely recommend this establishment. They even recognized us when we walked by the restaurant a couple of days later and greeted us warmly.

I went here for lunch and can say that in my experience this restaurant is very average. The service was very slow, wifi didn't work and the quinoa salad I ordered was extremely unsatisfying; very small, no imagination, very bland, literally just a small pile of quinoa on a plate with some halved cherry tomatoes, tiny goats cheese balls and some raisins with an acceptable pesto on the side. Would not recommend. Much better food for the same price elsewhere.

Highly and strongly recommended ! Perfect location, in one of the main street extending from el Zocalo (center). The food was excellent: fresh homemade italian pastas, with a variety of choices (from format to colours of pasta), very tasty sauce and amazing cheesecakes ! The host is very welcoming and there is a little playground for children.
