Our expectations were maybe set a bit too high as we had heard many glowing reports about this restaurant. It was recently taken over by a well known Sorrento local person. The food is quite good but not outstanding. At least the prices are not outlandish. The service was very good, efficient and knowledgeable. A comprehensive and not too large wine list at reasonable prices. There are many places to dine out in this part of Mornington Peninsula - maybe Mr Morce just needs to find a clearer point of difference to the rest. More fare than a typical cafe with all the usual brekkie/brunch/lunch options. Outside tables nice in summer. Fish and Chips were superb. A side of onion rings we thoughts were the best we'd ever had. Milk shakes were 10/10. Friendly service. No bookings but even when it was busy we had next to no wait. Recommended.
