On arrival we found ourselves digging out google translate as the staff couldnât speak English and we couldnât speak Spanish. The menus were also in Spanish. I ordered the guacamole burger while my colleague ordered the spicy burger. We had a portion of fries to share. The food came out within about 10 minutes, the burgers were done medium rare. During the wait were were given a plate of nuts. Food was delicious and the burger was a decent size. Despite the language barrier the staff were great and really helpful. Hello Brad! First thank you for the comments and the nice score, and secondly apologize for not having a menu in English. Our Sandvitxeria is local and there are no menu requests in languages. As you walk into this building which is approximately 400 years old you feel there is something special about this Restaraunt. You don't have to even eat to appreciate this building and the work the owners have put into restoration.Anyway the word is correct about the Chef Josep Forrellat, he is brilliant and his team in the kitchen and on the floor, some of who are family create an atmosphere which starts a gastronomical delight.We had salads, calamari, croquettes, Jamon, muscles, snails and rabbit all complemented with beautiful wine and champagne. We finished with a lemon sorbet infused with vodka and of course some good coffee.I would highly recommend this Restaraunt for anyone from couples to large groups, you won't be disappointed.We will certainly be back.Many thanks olo3 for the exquisite recommendation of the Suis restaurant on TripAdvisor. After several nice meals I returned again to have one of my staples: an overly complicated dish of rice and vegetables. Instead of the usual white Italian carnoli {sp?} rice it was made with long grain beige basmati rice as specified on the menu. During three sample mouthfuls I became exasperated from spitting out hard pieces of uncooked rice! I rejected the dish and asked for two different dished I liked before, but was told that they were not able to make them that day...So after a protracted discussion about how to make rice correctly and an argument about paying or not; I insisted on paying for the unusually poor onion soup and refreshing bottled water.Could have been worse, I thought, as I bumbled out the door in disbelief...And it was... two days later when I walked 9 blocks in the cool wet evening to find my former "friend" refusing to serve me at all!Like that famous comedian, Rodney Dangerfield, used to say, "Just can't get no respect".

When we like to eat a good crepe we go to this familiar restaurant. They also have good toasts and salads. We use to go for dinner but they have also a menu for lunch. It is located at the center of Santa Perpetua de Mogoda. They have a good list of Catalan wines. The service is good and we use to talk to Josep who gives us an excepcional attention. They have an indoor terrace.

The chef and staff went va long way to make use Americans have a great time and meal.We so enjoyed the food we had two return visits and brought friends. An English menu was created and printed for our second visit. We do not eat meat. The Chef prepared several great fish meals for us each evening. Great food at a good price.thank you very much for your visit and thank you very much for sharing your opinion with the other travelers .. It was the second time in this restaurant and we went on Sunday. The menu was really full of delicious dishes, difficult to choose. Menú cost 15 eur with no coffee. Anyway was an amazing lunch. Let me highlight the desserts, really delicious cake with chocolate. We were glad that you also commented on desserts. We wait for it soon.
