I was in Ulm on business recently and revisited my favorite restaurant there, Zur Forelle, with a colleague from work. It was a February weeknight, and not crowded, but I got reservations just in case. I always enjoy the poached trout, but this time tried the trout "nach Ulmer Art," or according to the local Ulm style. It was nicely fried, thin breading on the outside, hot and tender inside, with almond butter and parsley potatoes on the side. Excellent, with a local dry wine. And to top it off, a superb roasted plum dessert with walnut ice cream. I haven't been there for a couple years, but it is still as excellent as I recall.

We had arrived in Ulm early afternoon and were looking for a quick lunch. The Penang chicken curry which I had and the Thai yellow vegetable curry which my husband ordered were delicious, service good, staff friendly and really good, fresh clean food would certainly recommend highly

Waren dort anlässlich eines 50. Geburtstags zum Frühstück mit circa 50 Personen. Frühstück ging dann dann über in leckere Cocktails und tolle alá carte Snacks. Es war es einfach nur toll. Keiner wollte nach Hause gehen schon gar nicht die Kids die haben den groÃen Garten und Pool und Tippi genossen.Besten Dank an Nils und das Team.
