There are so many fantastic vegan restaurants in BC, unfortunately, this is not one of them. The food is mediocre at best. The server made our party uncomfortable with her comments. With as many great restaurants as there are in Nelson, I don't think I will be visiting this one again.

This is our second time coming here as we live in Australia and only come to Canada biannually. We were pleased to know that the same crew is still operating. We had the Turkey Brie Arugula (Rocket) panini which was heavenly. The coffee was again the best weâve had in Canada. See ya in two years

Our second occasion at Tamil Kitchen was 100% pleasing. I think a little more information from wait staff would be helpful. And in spite of mentioning that the restaurant was uncomfortably cold on a cool-ish day, there was no action. On our second visit, it was still too cold, however, when we mentioned it the server turned off the air conditioning. It would be good to be forewarned when a dish is especially spicy. That said, it is a it is a lovely place with delicious food. The gluten free menu is impressive. We will return.
