We first visited the vegan/vegetarian Green on 7 August. It was very busy and the 4 staff members (all female) were kept very busy. We had quite a wait for our food but one of the waitresses came and explained the wait to us which was fine. The food itself was excellent and our server was friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed our evening.Given our previous experience we decided to return the next evening (8 August). Again there were 4 members of staff (two female and two male). Unlike the previous evening the restaurant wasn't even half full. We had a long wait for our food and three of the four staff seemed much happier to chat among themselves rather than look after the customers. One of the servers (female) did a very good job but the other three looked as though they'd rather be somewhere elseThe food was nice but the sevice pretty lamentableWe would have given an "excellent" for our first visit and a "poor" for our second

We came here to meet up with our friends as they had eaten here before and recommended that we give it a try whist in Lviv.The restaurant is on the second floor of the hotel Astoria it had been decorated very tastefully and in keeping with the hotels decor, the waiters were extremely friendly and professional, they provide live acoustic music in the evening we had a great guitarist and singer which creates a calm dining experience, the meat is very nice all of our dishes were cooked perfectly and presented really well. If you like meat and good quality food that is a little pricey for Lviv but your are paying for quality and location then this is the place, there seemed to be no lift to access the restaurant so if your not to good climbing stairs then this might not be for you however it may pay to ask in the hotel if there is other access available. we will definitely be stopping by here again when we visit the city .Good afternoon, Gary HThank you for such a great review about our restaurant.
