Ned Kelly's was a highlight of our visit to Myanmar, despite how odd that sounds! Very comfortably, newly redone restaurant and bar with a lovely open air rooftop and good happy hour specials. Great food, friendly staff, and great cocktails and Australian craft beers! Large projector to watch the game on, and beer pong / foosball tables to keep entertained!

Visited the Moat Bar with couple of friends for casual evening. The place is excellent overlooking the Mandalay palace and the hill. Had an awesome time as a beer drinker with three varieties available from the tap. The chicken cafreal is to die for. The sausage platter and the king Mackerel is equally good.They even had the football world cup on and a pool table and foosball to chill out.Over all a must visit in Mandalay. Restaurant is fantastic..Food is better than as expected.The service is 1st class and the staff are very hospitable and friendly.Great quality food and drinks.Also the restaurant is very peaceful with no noises so it will be a good place for you to have beautiful time with your friends.
