The set menu was excellent value with a good selection. Food was well presented and had great taste, although the boiled potatoes served with the lamb shank were very underdone. The place only opens in winter period as the traditional cheese fondues are not a summer dish. This was an experience we will choose to repeat.

Been there a few times with a local friend and more recently twice in a row with my better half. It's always very good and quite fair portions too! Local food for local people. The daily specials are only 10.5 euros. The sword fish is amazing, the pork and beef quite tender. Exquisite thym mashed potatoes or home fries and ratatouille often come with the dish. Seems to be open mainly for lunch with is great to eat outside on the village's main place in front of the beautiful church. Would i live in perols, I could eat there for.lunch everyday and make it my cantina!

Les Cèdres du Liban is situated in a square with 3 other restaurants but is by far the best.A great selection of middle eastern dishes , we found the service very friendly with the proprietor being happy to translate the menu into English.Really well prepared fresh produce , an excellent children's menu (real dishes not the Pizza and Burgers that are prominent elsewhere) lots of vegetarian options Highly recommended

The waitress was the only one in the whole place and serving around 15 tables. It took over 20 mins to get a menu! The food is very good but don't go if you are in a rush..

Really well cooked, flavoursome food. Menu was a tad confusing at first (we cant speak/read french to well) however there were lots of great options and the set menus gave lots to chose from. Kind waiters gave good service. Best dinner experience of the holiday so far!
