We have been regular visitors to Costa Adeje for a number of years and our recent visit to was our first time, it certainly will not be our last. The restaurant is on the main road into La Caleta, the booking was made by my daughter and her boyfriend, the latter head of food and beverage in the Old Course Hotel St Andrews, Scotland Scotland. Suffice to say after our visit he was praising the service, food and value for money which he thought was among the best he had seen in a restaurant.We had booked a table in advance which is probably a good idea as it was very busy. An added bonus for booking on line was a free cocktail each which were fantastic. We shared a couple of starters , steak Tartare and creamy prawn croquets both were plenty for 2 people and delicious. Our group went principally for steaks my daughter and partner sharing a Chateaubriand which at 54 Euro was great value. I opted for a fillet steak at 25 Euro both of which would put fine dinning restaurants to shame, and cooked over an open charcoal grill. We were happy to let Shadi our waitress suggest a local wine and at 21 Euro a bargain at that price. Special mention goes to all the staff front of house were very friendly and hospitable providing excellent service. Similarly the chefs areas are open and you can see the high standard of service they are providing. Cannot praise this establishment highly enough, as the title of this review states, outstanding!Thank you for your kindly feedback ! We hope to see you very soon again in lagarto , and make your staying as special as the last one .

Went as a family of 4 for breakfast here, the man came out to welcome us and immediately accommodated us by pulling a couple of tables together as there wasn't any left available where we wanted to sit..Very friendly and welcoming guy who was very fast to bring our drinks and take our orders even though it was busy.Breakfast was decent and a very good price at â¬3.90, the only reason I deducted a star was because the eggs were snotty on top, which was ok for a couple of us that scraped it off into a side plate but not others, if we was to go back we'd ask for them cooked on both sides. Also drinks order was wrong but we put it down to miscommunication but we didn't correct them as he was busy and we didn't mind. Would recommend them & return ourselves, it's a friendly place with well priced, decent food.

Fed up from the usual fare from the surrounding restaurants we came across this great place and after a quick look at previous tripadvisor reviews decided to give it a go as it was our last night on holiday and couldn't face another typical steak / fish joint of which there are plenty in the resort.It proved to be a great decision and was the best meal we had whilst on holiday. We shared nachos, chimichangas and filled tortillas with some sides on chips and different sauces and it was amazing, food was so tasty and the sunset views across the beach just added to the experience.Staff were lovely and very attentive (inc our waiter, an exiled Scot!) and all in all it was a great meal and excellent value for money. Kids also loved it. Will definitely return next year when we go back to fanabe beach.
