This restaurant has been a Holt staple for a long time. The food is very good, and the family that runs it is amazing. They have daily specials, and are open for breakfast on the weekends. Definitely give them a try, whether you're passing through town or if you're a local!

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast after church, and we are both glad we did. Very neat and clean, we were greeted and seated, and before you know it we have coffee and menus. Our server was very accommodating with suggestions since it was our first time there, and was very helpful. Our food did not take long to arrive, and it was hot and delicious, superb. You should definitely visit the Athenas Diner, it is a hidden gem in plain sight in South Lansing
