Ich war mit meiner Tochter im Mythos durch eine Empfehlung. Es ist ein gemütliches Restaurant dem etwas Renovierung auch mal gut tun würde :-)Aber der Service ist freundlich und das Essen absolut in Ordnung. Wir hatten als Vorspeise Champignons und Bruschetta (etwas ungewohnt = eher wie Pizza). Als Hauptgang hatte ich eine Lammhaxe in TomatensoÃe mit groÃen weiÃen Bohnen; meine Tochter überbackene Tortellini. Alles ehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Wir waren ziemlich vollgefressen, aber da hilft der Schnaps ...

Beim erneuten Besuch bestätigte sich der gute Eindruck vom letzten Mal. Zuvorkommendes Personal, gutes schmackhaftes Essen. Trotz voller Hütte behielten die Bedienungen alles im Griff. Wir kommen wieder.

Mein Besuch hier war leider eine ziemliche Enttäuschung. Eigentlich hatte ich mich auf ein indisches Restaurant in Aurich gefreut, aber das Taj entsprach überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Die angebotenen Speisen waren fad und so gar nicht indisch. Die Bedienung und der Service waren gut, jetzt brauchts nur noch leckeres Essen

We've gone to this place again and again over the decades, and the decor has changed very little -- but that's a plus. The restaurant's dark wood and separated eating areas provide privacy and a homey atmosphere. Menu includes pretty standard fare, with individual dishes and platters for two, which are big enough for three, especially if you have them served with a couple of appetizers, such as the baked sheep's cheese.

This restaurant is outstanding. Very warm welcome and attentive service. Good decor with comfortable seating. All is neat and tidy.The food is always well cooked and presented in generous portions. Truly a paradise for meat lovers. Very good value for money. Highly recommended. My review is based on several visits over the last two years.
