Wir waren während unseres Sylturlaubs zweimal hier essen. Wir hatten Burger und Pastagerichte und Salat. Die Zutaten sind hochwertig. Man kann auch richtig gut vegetarisch essen. Auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen und der Service ist sehr freundlich. Man hat das Gefühl, dass die handelnden Personen Spaà bei der Arbeit haben und diese gute Laune springt auf die Gäste über. Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir kommen beim nächsten Sylturlaub gerne wieder vorbei.

Das Essen war wirklich lecker und mittlerweile ist auch die Einrichtung nicht mehr so überladen wie früher. Wenn jetzt noch der Service etwas freundlicher/ herzlicher wäre, hätte ich nichts zu bemängeln.

Great location for this café. I had a tote Tante, rhum and hot chocolate. Quiet place with an amazing view on the sea. Charming at sun rise and cosy at sun set for a drink.

The isse which suffers ALL restaurants I visited in Sylt is the German opnly menu so it is more diffult to go for the right selection. In fact I order a dish of mussels with ... speck which is not exactly what I intend for a seafood combo. Anyway this was my fault: the restaurant looks ok and I would recommend it: informal with kind people service. No credit card accepted )too often in gernamny :( )

We have been to this restaurant after a short trip via bus to Hörnum. It looked nice from the outside so we decided to give it a try. There is an outside sitting area with wicker basket chairs as well as a roofed area where it is allowed to smoke as it is outside. If you don't like the smoke, get in.The interior looked nice, similar than other places on Sylt. All looked well maintained, the toilets are cleaned on a regular basis.We had a "Currywurst" and fries each. The servings were very big for a relatively low price of 6,90 â¬. It was good, too much for us as we thought it would be smaller. Drink prices were a little higher but low compared to other restaurants in Sylt.Service was ok, didn't say that much and had a sense of dry humor. :)So I recommend for a short snack, however it seems to be full in the evenings.

Hier hat es uns gut gefallen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Einzig die Preisgestaltung habe ich nicht verstanden. Ich wollte gerne ein Wiener Schnitzel (Kalb) essen. Es gab das Schnitzel als normale Portion (EURO 24,50) und als Kinderschnitzel (Euro 8,50) -ebenfalls Kalb auf der Karte. Beim Kinderschnitzel gab es den Zusatz, dass man für Erwachsene zusätzlich Euro 4,00 berechnen würde (also 12,50 Euro) . Da ich nicht so viel Hunger hatte, wollte ich gerne das Kinderschnitzel bestellen. Die Bedienung hat mir dann zu einer halben Portion des normalen Schnitzels (also ein statt zwei Schnitzel) geraten. Ich war einverstanden. Ãberrascht hat mich dann aber, dass die halbe Portion 20,50Euro gekostet hat. Der Nachlass für die halbe Portion betrug also 4 Euro. Aus diesem Grund also nur 4 statt 5 Punkte. Beim nächsten Besuch bin ich vorbereitet.

We had a perfect lunch. The food is amazing, good, fresh and creatively combined. The staff is very friendly and they pay attention to all kind of food allergies. The chef cooked a lunch especially for me without celery. A tip: try the fries - they are unbelievably! The only little sing: drinking water for the dogs would be great. I would be glad to eat in this great restaurant again!

Guess the island has not learned about service yet. After reading in a magazine that this is Sansibars sister we decided to give it a try although the menu doesn't look to spectacular. Even got a booking on a Friday night outside. Upon arrival the service greeted us in a very rude way. When we said we'd like to have a look they said we have to ask for permission. When we said we have a booking outside they said they would give us a nice table inside. So we decided to go and leave our money at Sansibar which has better service and food for the same price. While leaving the manager gave us a rude comment.
