This was recommended by friends in the area. The place is beautiful. We dined outside. The service was excellent and the salad of mushrooms was exceptional! The presentations are lovely, especially the desserts. There was an off-putting smell the day we were there - fertilizer or a sewage issue perhaps? But everything else was wonderful!

Much better restaurants in Vaison for service, price and quality.Waiter forced us to sit at table of his preference which gave bad first impression.Tables covered in black dust from either dirty sun awning or tree which settled in our drinks continously.3 of us had starters, 1 chose main meal to our surprise arrived at same time as our starters!When we discussed with Waiter he refused to agree that this wasn't normal dining etiquette.Overpriced Plat de Jour â¬24 for 1 small slice (5mm thick) foie gras and very tough steak.Overcooked and burnt tuna steak and a raw hamburger, mistake from waiter not to ask preference of cookingfor both.Dessert great but, you cant really mess up ice cream.On 1 positive note they did bring us 1 extra bottle of free tap water.
