I was GRANDPAcking in Montanita for 4 nights and tried a couple of the top rated Tripadisor 'cheap eats' places.At Casa Fistook you can get Shakshukas. I had their âCarnivorâ for $6.50 with a $2 pint of Brahma Beer.It was great to have something different from the standard Ecuadorian (chicken, beans, and rice).Thank you for your comment and visit !! hope you had a really good time in Montanita . This place looked nice so went in for coffee. It was $2.75 for a flat white so I expected it to be good however unfortunately it was horrible. I could make a better instant coffee. The âbaristaâ has no respect for the bean!Hola, buen dia y de antemano te agradezco por tu comentario para ayudarnos a mejorar, sin embargo desde el momento como lo explicas ya no te gusta nuestro sitio por nuestros precios!somos un nuevo local en nuestro pueblo que nos vio crecer y tratamos de dar el mejor servicio y ser cocientes en lo que se trata de precios, si caminas al centro encontraras lugares mas caros y en cuanto al café tenemos mucha experiencia con nuestro personal para su preparación.... solo para aclarar que el FLATWHITE es un cafe muy fuerte por que tiene dos shoots de espresso y ya asà es muy amargo... la personas que realmente saben de cafe lo piden y disfruta de su intenso sabor a cafe.saludos y como siempre le respondo a ls personas que nos visitan: si tienen algún inconveniente puedes decirnos en el momento que con gusto te ayudamos y te hacemos otro o buscamos la forma de solucionar para brindar siempre un mejor servicio! saludos y siempre bienvenidos!!!Guillermo

A truly amazing and refreshing place in the heart of a chaotic town!!Great honest and wholesome and FRESH food! I had an amazing COFFEE & ACAI bowl and can honestly tell you, it was Devine! Made with love, passion and care and it tasted lovely. Great healthy vibes, lovely atmosphere, beautiful wall art and music inside.You must visit here!!! Thanks for your visit and comment Carly! :)

Our dinner here was perfectly crept able but nothing to write home about. The most me,or able part of the meal was the cocktails. If you're looking for a pleasant space on the main drag to get out of the hustle and relax, and for some reason don't want to go to Tiki Limbo across the street, this is a good choice.

We stayed at La Gondala for four days and was not expecting to have a world class restaurant inside their little tiki bar. The beer was always cold and the food was out of this world. Laura was a very welcoming smile passing out pilsners all day and she kept the bar and restaurant spotless. When no one was around she was constantly tiding and sweeping. Jhon is from Columbia and in my opinion should be rated a four star chef. His presentations were gorgeous and the food was out of this world. In four days, we only ate two meals that were not prepared at La Gondala. Amazing Sushi, fried calamari, wok bowls with any type or combination of meat and rice or noodles. The fish in coconut sauce was my absolute favorite. They even have some of the best hamburgers around. Oh and the desserts. I have to stop now. Walk in off the beach and have a four star meal or stay at La Gondala and have a heavenly experience.
