This restaurant, part of the hotel, has been very consistent over the past 3 years visited, food and prices have not changed although the food portion did shrink a little.Excellent staff, friendly and do treat past repeat guests with special care, thank you for complimentary dessert, carrot cake was delicious!

This is really a great place to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just for a drink. Nice tropical relax atmosphere with a nice patio, good choice of food (excellent beef at a fantastic price), a menu that changes every day, very efficient and welcoming service, really this is a nice place to eat well at a good price and to relax. Even the location is perfect as it is down la Calzada street, just behind the Guadalupe church. A little away from the crowded restaurants and bars of the upper part of la Calzada street and a great place to catch the breeze coming from lake. Highly recommended!

Tastes was recommended to us by the owner of our hotel. The meals were just okay. Veg lasagna was fresh tasting, but served almost cold. Schnitzel was so over cooked, they removed it from the bill when we complained. Banana flambé was just banana pieces swimming in an orange juice sauce. Restaurant has great potential, but not quite there yet.

It's just a street away from the hustle of the main restaurant road. We received complimentary empanadas to taste. They were delicious. The food was very flavorful and the service was excellent.

This is a lovely little restaurant, with authentic touches. There is a beautiful courtyard with bamboo, lights and origami cranes, although unfortunately it rained when we were there!The food was fantastic. Contrary to another review, we thought the spicy tuna rolls had plenty of flavour and certainly had a kick to them.I would say that we found the food quite pricey - this certainly was a treat for us - although I appreciate that it may not be easy to obtain some ingredients at a reasonable price here.

Expect to be paying close to American prices for your meal but wow is it good. I came here a few times and tried a lot of the items. All were fresh and delicious. The best mojito I have ever had as well. Nice atmosphere as well.

It seemed to be only barely open when we visited. The propietors were absent. There was a beautiful little kitchen and a nice patio with a view of the water. Sadly, there was a parrot in a cage with its feathers cut. The local people don't understand that foreigners want to see birds in the trees, not in cages. We did not eat, but we enjoyed seeing the location. Hopefully, the owners will create enough business to remain open all the time!
