My husband and I visited Juan In A Million when we were in La Fortuna. We wanted something fast, delicious, and, of course, vegan.Juan In A Million was all those things! We had the Vegan Casado burrito which was prepared right in front of us while we chatted with the cook. We asked to have the avocado substituted with fried plantains and our request was cheerfully honored. The burrito was so good!Check them out when you're in La Fortuna and don't miss the Rosas de Jamaica tea! It's perfection!Hola!We take our vegan dishes seriously! We invited a trusted vegan friend to come spend the day with us and help us create the perfect vegan casado burrito. I loved your substitution! We were going for a casado with Mexican style/flavor 'meat" so I didn't really think about balancing the flavors with sweet plantains. Something i'll have to try today....Thanks for mentioning the té! We steep hibiscus flowers, ginger and natural sugar for a minimum of 4 hours. I am backpacking across Central & South America - came across this beautiful restaurant in the center of La Fortuna. It is very well managed with attention to detail.More importantly, it is extremely affordable and delicious - at least their salad which is for 10$ including tax. You really can't ask for more in that price. Would highly recommend - even to backpackers!!

The food and service here is simply amazing! I'm speechless. I wish we could have him for our personal chef at home. And our waiter is simply phenomenal. He would give us games to play and everything. They make you feel like family. Would recommend to anyone who stays in the area! You can't miss out on this great place!

Their Sushi boat was amazing! We got the vegan boat with the crispy tofu, the dragon roll, the Caribbean roll, and a few other delicious choices. Every roll was spectacular. And the service was excellent. Our server was so sweet and friendly and very attentive. It was an awesome experience that I highly recommend.We love vegans, the best people ever. We have been to this restaurant twice during the 2-3 pm time frame. Both times the food has been excellent. I must say that the service was better the first time we were there, when the owners were there, than it was the second time where not there. However, that being said we had an excellent experience both times. I recommend you give it a try.We really appreciate you opinion about your experience with us.
