They certainly have a large selection of exotic rolls, and the staff is very pleasant; but we found every roll was doused in an overly sweet sauce, which detracted from the flavors of the other ingredients. The Gyoza were very tasty, as was the Garlic Edamame.

I first came across this restaurant listing in Untappd. There definitely were a few beers listed that I wanted to try. I then checked out their Website. It also states (at the top of the home page) that the hours on Sunday are 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM. After reading and enjoying the description of their unique take on their services, and anxious to sample a few of their dining offerings, my wife I decided to give it a try. We arrived a few minutes before 2 PM, Sunday. It appeared that there were two reasonably-sized parties (8-10 people) occupying two of the larger tables on the patio. No other tables were occupied. The inside looked like there were also a number of tables available. We walked up to the hostess, who just looked away and seemed completely disinterested in having anything to do with us. When I asked her about the two of us dining, her response was – the kitchen is so swamped we are not taking any more new customers, unless you have a reservation. I was quite puzzled, as both Untappd and their own site stated they were open until eight. When I asked about this, she said that the kitchen actually closes at three, so that they can get prepared for the evening. I told her that I appreciated the new information and understood the situation, but when I mentioned that it was not even 2 o'clock yet and they were actually supposed to be open until 3:00, she just said - that's too bad there's nothing I can do about it. Again, I can certainly understand being overwhelmed by unanticipated customers. But adding two more meals for the cooks to prepare would not significantly change the time frame nor impact any further duties they needed to do when they were completed with their first shift. It's not like it was 2:30 or 2:45 or we had a group of people. I don't need to be subjected to the rudeness and customer insensitivity displayed today. There are many other restaurants that we will continue to patronize, in spite of wanting to have tried this establishment. I also sent this information to the restaurant management, and got no response from them,I apologize for the confusion and would like to speak to you. I have not received an email or a message in regards to your concern. Please email me [email protected] and we can further discuss this.I appreciate you reaching you out and it is not like us to not reciprocate.

The chef cooked a steak beyond recognition but refused to acknowledge it. Seafood was old and smelly. The servers were kind, but still should be avoided. We appreciate you sharing your dining experience with us and it is unfortunate that you had a poor experience. In regards to how a steak should be cook, everyone perception of rare, medium rare, medium and /or well are different. We had the opportunity to see the steak and check it ourselves with our own eyes. We did not send out a different steak after you return the half uneaten steak (the whole other half was already eaten) because we believe the steak was cook at the right temperature as you had requested. Your steak was in fact still medium rare even after the 10 minutes it sat at your table. All items on the menu if isn't cooked by myself is thoroughly checked by me before it ever makes it to the table. After cooking many steaks and testing them, your steak passed as medium-rare.Also, we just received the shellfish and checked in by myself and my chef. It is physically impossible for them to be spoiled since all of our refrigeration is working at optimum temperatures and the shellfish was cooked exactly as instructed to our well-trained kitchen brigade. Perhaps you should have brought that up with your server before you ate all of them. We take pride in our foods and we will gladly own up to mistakes when we are truly at fault. But we believe the foods was executed to our standard. We thank you for giving us an opportunity to explain ourselves.
