With 50 stores throughout the Western Cape, Eastern Cape, Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal, our growing presence in Botswana and Zimbabwe, and award-winning cuisine, itâs no wonder weâre South Africaâs favourite Thai food restaurant.
the meals seemed tasty enough, there is not much "atmosphere". Obviously it is a "chain" restaurant and no matter where you go they are all the same

Went there with my partner last night and used Entertainer. Thank goodness we did because the pizza was tiny. Toppings were of great quality but not worth what is being charged. It was oddly shaped too. This place could be super amazing with the right training for staff and attention to detail on the meals. Staff were busy cleaning and setting up and therefore we waited too long to order and had to get up more than once to ask to order. Management - care more otherwise this place wonât make it!

De Grendel Wine Estate is home to the award-winning De Grendel Restaurant where the Graaff familyâs passion for winemaking extends to the philosophy they employ at the estateâs restaurant: the use of in-season and locally sourced fresh produce, and a menu
Extremely disappointed with the choices I made when ordering from the five course tasting menu with wine pairings. I realise that being a vegetarian limits me but was unable to even finish the heirloom tomato dish which I thought was lacking alround and really not very appealing to look at. It was unimaginative and boring, the best part was the sliver of celery. The highlights of the meal were for me the amuse bouche, which really brought out the carrot flavour and the pumpkin risotto, which was by far the best I have ever eaten. It was though a huge portion which my partner had to finish. Desserts also were I felt were poorly executed, the pumpkin cake was heavy and dense, one bite was enough and the chocolate cake not great. Comparing this restaurant to its peers it falls far short for the price paid.Thank you for taking the time to review our restaurant. We are very sorry to hear that you did not have an enjoyable. We have informed the chefs about the incident and we value the feedback.Once again our sincere apologies and we do hope that you will visit us soon again.Kind Regards, The De Grendel Team
