My husband and i had driven past this restaurant a couple of times and finally decided one day to venture in... My initial thought when i walked through the doors was to ask myself if we were entering some kind of swanky bar or nightclub especially when you look around at the decor and look at the staff who are smartly dressed but it felt more like the evening than it did lunch time and i did feel slightly underdressed and uncomfortable.That aside, my husband started off with the deep fried goats cheese which was very tasty and well presented. We then both had the plat du jour which was fish with rice. Again, well presented and very tasty. When in the South of France we like to eat outside and like our lunch time meals to be a bit more casual. This restaurant does have an outside seating area but it was raining and the restaurant itself isn't in the nicest of areas and doesn't have a view so i would choose to eat somewhere else before coming back here.

Restaurant du Novotel surprenant dans le bon sens du terme avec une carte simple mais avec des plats originaux, copieux et bons ! Pour des tarifs très abordables et quelques produits locaux. Ambiance un peu branchouille mais ça passe.

We reserved here based on TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed with either the menu or the service. Both were flawless. A nice touch: one of the owners visited every table, confirming the diners' satisfaction in both English and French. However, choose another restaurant if you aren't prepared to spend 100 Euros pp for dinner with wine.The cheese cart is magnificent with 30 or more choices. We watched a diner at an adjacent table choose 6 (we had read that 3 were the rule) to the apparent chagrin of the server. Then to our amusement, her companion declined the cheese course.

Wasnât sure where to eat in this village on a Monday evening as so many restaurants were closed. Our host recommended here and we were so pleased she did. Great food and hospitality- special mention to Corentin who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Only sad they wouldnât sell us any of their lovely wine glasses!

On a rainy , coolish Saturday Bo is an oasis of bustle and warmth, in the midst of a shopping mall....and packed with French families... couples...old and young , having a casual lunch, while 'Madame le Propretaire ' bustles around , and Monsieur is cooking in the open kitchen,...Ali in the French way ! Seated, with wine, some little olives ..lovely bread...awaiting their 'plat du jour' ...in our case a delicious Daube in a little coccotte ( iron pot) followed by a sweet and wonderful,tarte Tatin ...then back to the Saturdau 'commissions' .... all in all a wonderful Saturday lunch . A wonderful lunch any day , really.

Driving around Provence and getting somewhat lost we stumbled upon this great little we'll run restaurant in Sorgues The welcome was very good and the service excellent A great lunch time menu and well cooked typical French cuisine resulted! All at a reasonable price ! My French friends inform that La detente is best translated as "chill out" which seemed very appropriate It seemed very wellpatronisd by locals It deserves support fromthe more slightly adventurous tourists like me. I doubt if anyone would be disappointed!

This was my first time in restaurant like this, and there is difference between "normal" restaurant and this one. Service was perfect. Somalier was super nice and recomended good wine. And food, it was another level... Blend of flavoures and textures was amazing, innovative, with lot of imagination. Everything was great. And it is great ratio price-quality, great quality for affordable price.

Perfect place to stay a while and forget the outside world,. Was there for a wedding reception and it was perfect, lounge with swimming pool, large park like area around the main house. Extremely friendly helpful associates - I will never forget their cordiality..
